Belt adjustment and fixation hook
A belt adjustment and fixation hook (1), comprising a body (10), a hook portion (11), a limiting convex portion (12) and a belt installation frame portion (13); the body (10) has a first main surface (101) and a second main surface (102) opposite thereto; the body (10) is provided with a first through hole (103); the limiting convex portion (12) is located in the first through hole (103) and extrudes beyond the first main surface (101) to limit a support rod (2); and the belt installation frame portion (13) is connected to the body (10) to further connect to a belt (3). The belt adjustment and fixation hook (1) fits the support rods (2) having different diameters; in addition, the belt adjustment and fixation hook (1) is convenient to detach and replace the belt (3), thus improving user experiences and reducing costs.
Safety hook
This is to provide a safety hook 1 having a function of preventing and/or delaying removal of an exhibit 7 by unauthorized persons and a function of preventing unexpected display falling, and has good operability. The safety hook 1 has a grip body 17 capable to be fixed to a hanging wire 3, and a hook 23 for hanging an article, and connected to the body (17). Further, it has a hook cover 21 displaceable between a closed position for closing an opening portion 23z of the hook 23 and an open position for opening the opening portion 23z, and a cover cap 19 which hinders displacement of the hook cover 21 from the closed position to the open position.
Dual display support system
The inventive technology relates to an improved dual display support system that may support a plurality of support adapters each having one or more fitting supports coupled with fitting displays to more efficiently place, support, and/or retrieve elevated displays, and other promotional/marketing materials having multiple anchor positions.
Curtain retention bracket
Apparatus and methods for retaining a foldable curtain in a stowed position. A curtain retention bracket comprises a U-shaped chambered body having high torsional stiffness and a clasp comprising a flexible strap. The clasp has one end configured to be pivotably coupled to one arm of the U-shaped chambered body and another end configured to be latchable onto the other arm of the U-shaped chambered body. The clasp can be easily opened and closed manually using one hand. The geometry of the clasp is such that forces exerted on it by the stowed curtain cause it to pull tighter closed. The U-shaped chambered body may be produced using an additive manufacturing process.
CARABINER-STYLE CARGO HOOK
A carabiner-style hook is provided for managing cargo. The hook includes a body having a first resilient section, a second section and a gate defined between the first resilient section and the second section.
Carabiner
A carabiner has a hock body with a foot section, a back section connected to the foot section, a top section connected to the back section and bent like a hook in the direction of the foot section, a lug arranged at the foot section, and a snap tongue pivotally linked to the foot section and having the form of a wire which is bent to a U-shackle and is made of spring steel. The U-limbs of the U-shackle have different lengths and the ends of the U-limbs are bent inwardly and are inserted into bearing openings which are arranged in the region of the foot section such that the snap tongue, in the closed position of the carabiner, contacts spring loaded the inner surface of the top section which is bent in the direction of the foot section. A retaining element prevents the accidental displacement of the snap tongue out of its contact position against the inner surface of the end portion of the top section bent into the direction of the foot section.
FIRE FIGHTER'S PERSONAL ESCAPE SYSTEM
A wearable lightweight fire fighter's personal escape system and method includes a rope, having a distal and proximal end, organized in parallel segments disposed in an inner pouch. The inner pouch is entirely contained in an outer pouch that is appointed to be removably attached to a belt or harness, worn by a fire fighter. The proximal end of the rope exits through an opening in the inner pouch and outer pouch and is attached directly to a lightweight hook, or optionally enters a belay device. The hook has a sharp point for creating a purchase point on soft surfaces, a hook opening having sufficient diameter to surround radiators, steam pipe and the like, and capture rope that surrounds substantial objects. The hook has a central opening appointed for holding a firefighting tool to aid in creating a substantial object. The fire fighter escapes by creating a purchase point and repelling at a high speed or at a controlled speed by adjusting belay friction.
LOW PROFILE SNAP HOOK ACTUATOR FOR CHILD SEAT LATCH
A snap hook assembly includes a base assembly that has a hook at one end. A lever assembly including an actuation mechanism and an arm assembly fits through an opening defined through the base assembly. The arm assembly is positioned on one side of the base assembly and the actuation mechanism of the lever assembly is positioned on the opposite side of the base assembly. The actuation mechanism is fit within a housing so that the lever assembly may pivot with respect to the base assembly. A clasp is attached to the base assembly so that an end of the clasp is biased to contact the hook of the base assembly. When the lever assembly pivots, the arm assembly contacts and rotates the clasp to create a gap between the clasp and the hook.
Open-clip blow molding method and a blow molded article which integrally provide a clip for securement to another item
In a method, an article of unitary construction is blow molded and integrally provided with a clip for securement to another item. The clip has an arm initially blow molded into an open elevated configuration. The arm is pivotable into closed and open configurations. When closed, the arm is in selectively releasable and secure engagement with a catch on the article. The arm is biased towards the catch. When open, the arm is depressed relative to and biased towards the closed configuration. The open configuration is traversed to secure the article to the item. In the open elevated configuration, the arm is elevated relative to the closed configuration. The arm is preferably a carabiner-type arm. The article is preferably formed of a composition of matter including polyethylene and plastic additives to provide the arm with sufficient pre-built tension to stay in the aforesaid selectively releasable and secure engagement.
