Device for fixing equipment to an end of the inner surface of a tube
11982308 · 2024-05-14 · ·

A device is for fixing equipment to an end of the inner surface of a tube. The device has an elongated body, a ring adapted to surround and slide along a segment of the elongated body, and at least two flaps rotatable on the ring. Each hole in the elongated body is adapted for bearing a bolt aligned with the longitude of the elongated body. The ring has at least two threaded bores designed to mate with the threads of the bolts so that the position of the ring on the elongated body is controllable by applying torque to the bolts; and the flaps are positioned homogenously around the ring. The elongated body has at least one portion adapted to guide the flaps so that the flaps radially open against the inner surface of the tube.

VESSEL MOUNTING SYSTEM

In some examples, a vessel mounting system may include a first collar including at least one protrusion engageable with a groove of a vessel to align the first collar relative to the vessel. A second collar may include at least one stud disposable in a corresponding aperture of the first collar to align the second collar relative to the first collar.

VESSEL MOUNTING SYSTEM

In some examples, a vessel mounting system may include a first collar and a second collar. The second collar may include a clip engageable with an edge of the first collar to engage the second collar with the first collar.

Eccentric bushing for redundant pinning of removable panels

An eccentric bushing assembly comprises an outer eccentric bushing configured to be disposed in an opening of a panel comprising a central axis. The outer eccentric bushing is operable to float axially, rotate circumferentially, and to move radially with respect to the central axis. The eccentric bushing assembly further comprises an inner eccentric bushing disposed radially inward from the outer eccentric bushing and interfacing with the outer eccentric bushing, the inner eccentric bushing is operable to rotate relative to the outer eccentric bushing. The eccentric bushing assembly further comprises a spherical bushing comprising a through hole operable to receive a connecting pin therein and to rotate in at least one degree of freedom. The rotation of the spherical bushing can facilitate alignment of an axis of the pin with the through hole.

An apparatus (100), including: a hub (102) having a hub center (160); a securing mechanism (106) configured to fix the hub onto a flat surface; and an eccentric clamp disk (104). When the hub is fixed to the flat surface and nested in the eccentric clamp disk, an interlocking slip fit relationship exists between the hub and the eccentric clamp disk. The interlocking slip fit relationship enables infinite rotation of the eccentric clamp disk about the hub center and has a geometric interlock (170). The geometric interlock is configured so that when the eccentric clamp disk is pushed laterally into contact with the hub, the geometric interlock urges the eccentric clamp disk downward onto the flat surface.

BEARING ARRANGEMENT

A bearing arrangement for connecting two components including a bearing bushing having an inner sleeve and an elastic element surrounding the inner sleeve. Two connection portions are arranged axially on both sides of the inner sleeve wherein a connector having a shaft portion extending through the inner sleeve applies a clamp force compressing the connection portions axially against the inner sleeve. The inner sleeve is deformed by the clamp force of the connector in such a manner that at least one contact portion of the inner sleeve presses radially to the inside and against the shaft portion.

Clamping device

A clamping device (100) includes a first movable member (210) that is movable along an extending direction of a first body interior space (120), a disc spring (260), an annular spring (270), a spring (280) and a collet (300). A driving mechanism (400) has a second movable member (430) that moves along an extending direction of a second body interior space (130) with rotation of a rotary member (410). When the rotary member is rotated in one direction, the first movable member moves toward an oil-filled closed space (121) and the clamping device is set to a clamping mode that will hold a tool holder (510). On the other hand, when the rotary member is rotated in the opposite direction, the first movable member moves towards the side opposite of the oil-filled closed space and the clamping device is set to an unclamping mode that will release the tool holder.

TELESCOPING POLE ASSEMBLY

A telescoping pole assembly includes first and second pole segments and a dampening assembly having a bushing, a gasket and a spigot. The first pole segment has a closed distal end and an open proximal end in which a distal end of the second pole segment is received. The bushing is attached to the distal end of the second pole segment, has a neck extending therebeyond. The gasket defines gasket opening and is shaped to fill an inner area of the first pole segment. The spigot extends from a gasket face towards the distal end of the second pole segment. In response to the pole segments moving towards each other, the neck contacts the gasket face and at least partially obstructs the gasket opening. In response to the pole segments moving away from each other, the neck is separated from the gasket face and does not obstruct the gasket opening.

CONNECTOR
