Flange assembly
A flange assembly includes a flange for connection to a hose or pipe, the flange defining a contact face for engagement with a contact face of an opposed flange. The flange assembly also includes at least three clamps spaced circumferentially around the contact face. Each clamp includes a clamp body pivotably secured to the flange and a clamp member mounted on the clamp body, which is movable between a first, retracted position and a second, clamping position. A clamp face of the clamp member faces the contact face of the flange. The clamp member is movable relative to the clamp body to adjust the position of the clamp face relative to the contact face of the flange and adjust a clamping force created between the clamp face and the contact face of the flange to retain an opposing flange in face-to-face engagement with the contact face of the flange.
ADAPTER CLIP
An adapter clip includes a first portion configured to fit within an engine clip or an engine clamp, a second portion including an annular portion, the annular portion being configured to fit around an engine component, and a web portion connected to the annular portion and the first portion. A diameter of the first portion differs from a diameter of the annular portion.
TRANSPORTABLE RACK FOR PRESSURE SAFETY/RELIEF VALVES
A transportable valve rack for securing a plurality of pressure safety or pressure relief valves in an upright position. The valves of the type having a bolted flange-type connection and the rack comprises a base assembly and a top plate mounted on the base assembly. The top plate includes a plurality of areas, with each area comprising a plurality of holes arranged on a circumference of two or more concentric circles. The plurality of holes extends through the top plate and at least four holes are on the circumference of each concentric circle. The holes are sized and arranged to align with bolt holes of pre-selected flanges of particular size and pressure rating. Nuts and bolts extended through aligned holes secure the valve to the valve rack.
FASTENING DEVICE FOR A SHIELDING PART, AND SHIELDING PART COMPRISING THE FASTENING DEVICE
A fastening device for fastening a shielding part to a partnered fastening part, having: a sleeve with a through opening for a fastener; at least two bridging elements, which are equipped with outer regions in a radial direction for indirect or direct contact with the opposing outsides of the shielding part and are fastened to the sleeve with inner regions in the radial direction; a damping element is positioned between the bridging elements in an axial direction and outside of the sleeve in the radial direction, characterized in that the damping element is embodied as a spring element and has at least one spring arm, which is resiliently flexible in the radial direction and is equipped to cooperate in a supporting way with a hole rim of a hole of the shielding part.
Thimble for cyclone separator
A thimble assembly for a cyclone separator comprising a plurality of mounting brackets separately mountable on a shelf of the separator along the perimeter of an exhaust opening, a plurality of segments vertically successively suspended from the brackets, the segments of an upper row being joined to the brackets, the segments of each successive lower row being joined to the segments of a row immediately above, each bracket exclusively serving a chord of an arc concentric with the preferably circular opening that is substantially the same in length as the chord of an arc that a segment spans, a center-to-center chordal spacing of adjacent brackets being the same as a center-to-center distance of an adjacent pair of segments.
BOAT HULL WITH MOUNTING TRACK SYSTEMS
A boat hull has one or more track systems integral with a main body of the boat hull, each track system having a longitudinally extending channel comprising: a longitudinally extending channel body; and a longitudinally extending channel opening in communication with the channel body, wherein the channel body is wider in cross-section than the channel opening, the channel body is adapted to receive a fastener which has a portion that is wider in cross section than the channel opening, thereby preventing the fastener from being withdrawn from the channel body through the channel opening, and wherein the fastener can be selectively secured to the track system at a selected longitudinal position. The track systems can be used for mounting boat hull structural parts and other parts and accessories.
COVER BAND OF STEEL PIPE STRUT CONNECTOR, STEEL PIPE STRUT CONNECTOR HAVING SAME, AND STEEL PIPE STRUT ASSEMBLY
A cover band has a cover band body provided with a cover band arch portion corresponding to the outer peripheral surface of a steel pipe strut and a plurality of cover band through holes formed on the cover band body in such a manner as to correspond to a plurality of strut coupling holes. The cover band through holes have shapes of long holes extended in one direction and the extended direction of at least one of the cover band through holes is made to cross the extended direction of the other cover band through hole.
Wall Port Cover Retention Assembly
There is provided a wall port cover to be installed in building wall ports. Wall ports are simply openings in a wall or ceiling of a building which may be used to house electrical panels, HVAC systems, access panels, lighting switches, and the like. The wall port cover comprises an engagement means which is rotatable between an engaging position and a releasing position. In the engaging position, the engaging means extend beyond the wall port cover to engage a top surface of the wall or ceiling drywall panel to support and retain the wall port cover within the vent opening. In the releasing position, the engaging means are retracted within the wall port cover to disengage from the top surface of the wall or ceiling drywall panel to allow the wall port cover to be removed from the vent openings.
LANDSCAPE EDGING CONNECTOR
A landscape edging installation includes ends of landscape edging joined together by a connector. The connector may have holes in lugs that are aligned with holes in the landscape edging tabs to receive a ground spike therethrough. The connector allows for and conceals a gap between the adjacent edging pieces. Thus, the arrangement allows for movement, such as contraction and expansion of the edging pieces along a length thereof. Such movement prevents damage to, or improper shifting of the landscape edging installation with respect to the surrounding environment due to large changes in temperature of the installation.
Wall Attachment Device for Handrail and Handrail Assembly Comprising the Same
A wall attachment device for securing a handrail to a supporting wall, the handrail having a first end and a second end, at least one of the first and second ends being hollow and including an inner connecting member extending radially inwardly within the corresponding end, the device comprising: a body sized and shaped to be received in the corresponding end, the body including a planar rear face adapted to be positioned against the supporting wall, a front face opposite the rear face and a lateral face, the body further having at least one fastener opening to receive a fastener for securing the body to the supporting wall; and an outer connecting member extending radially outwardly from the lateral face for securely engaging the inner connecting member of the handrail to thereby attach the corresponding one of the first and second ends of the handrail to the supporting wall.
