CABLE END FITTING AND CABLE ABUTMENT AND METHOD OF SECUREMENT
A cable conduit end for securing a cable to a cable abutment of a latch is provided. The cable conduit end having: a housing; an alignment feature incorporated into a surface of the housing; a flexible retention feature integrally formed with the conduit end, wherein the flexible retention feature is spring biased away from the housing to a first position; and a radial retention feature extending outwardly away from the housing, wherein the flexible retention feature is located proximate to a first end of the housing and the radial retention feature is located proximate to a second end of the housing.
Unlocking device for a vehicle hood
An unlocking device has a release lever that is connected pivotably to a carrier element and is in each case connected via Bowden cables to a catch hook for clip elements in a vehicle hood. The catch hook is moved by the Bowden cables that are actuated via the release lever, counter to the spring force of a spring element into an unlocking position for opening the vehicle hood.
VEHICULAR LATCH BUSHING WITH CABLE INTERFACE
A sealed latch assembly for a vehicle closure panel is provided. The latch assembly includes a housing having an interior sized for receipt of internal components of the latch assembly. A cover is attached to the housing to enclose at least a portion of the cavity. At least one release cable is configured for operable connection to at least one of the internal components. A cable bushing is attached to the cover. The latch bushing can have a coupling mechanism including a tab and slot arrangement for releasably coupling a body of the cable bushing in a receptacle of the cover. The latch bushing can have a retaining mechanism oriented transverse to the longitudinal axis for inhibiting disconnection of the cable bushing from the cover in a direction along the longitudinal axis.

Cable release bypass system and vehicle seat with cable release bypass system
A cable actuator system includes an actuating cable for connection to an actuator and to an actuatable device and a bypass assembly connected to the actuating cable. The bypass assembly includes a bypass input with a first input position and with a second input position. With the bypass input in the first input position the bypass assembly acts on the cable such that an actuating movement of the cable by the actuator moves the cable an actuating distance at the actuatable device to actuate the actuatable device. With the bypass input in the second input position the bypass assembly acts on the cable such that the actuating movement of the cable by the actuator does not move the cable the actuating distance at the actuatable device. A vehicle seat, with a seat base, a backrest, an actuator, and a vehicle seat actuatable device, also includes the cable actuator system.
BOWDEN CABLE END PIECE
A Bowden cable end piece that facilitates the connection of a Bowden cable to an operating mechanism is disclosed. The end piece includes an elongated frame having a receptacle configured to receive a sheath of a Bowden cable and guide a core of a Bowden cable. The frame has a barrel guide configured to receive a barrel formed on an end of the core. An attachment member on a first end of the frame provides a holding connection with the operating mechanism in an insertion position and an end position. A mounting spring on a second end of the frame has an abutment region configured to abut a mounting surface on a support structure when the Bowden cable end piece is installed in the end position. The Bowden cable end piece can be, in the installed state, pressably attached by the mounting spring in the end position.
ANTI-BUCKLING DEVICE WITH RETAINER
An anti-buckling device for an interventional device assembly includes a telescoping tube having a proximal end and a distal end, the proximal end of the telescoping tube being coupled to a first hub of an interventional device assembly, and a distal retainer coupled to the distal end of the telescoping tube, the distal retainer being configured to releasably couple to a distal hub attachment at a distal end of the first hub in a first configuration and releasably couple to a second hub of the interventional device assembly positioned distal to the first hub in a second configuration.
ANTI-BUCKLING TELESCOPING SEGMENTS
An anti-buckling device for an interventional device assembly includes a telescoping tube having a plurality of concentric telescopically axially extendable and collapsible tube segments, the plurality of tube segments including an outermost tube segment and one or more inner tube segments. Each of the one or more inner tube segments comprises a first tube section having a first outer diameter and a second tube section having a second outer diameter.
INTERVENTIONAL DEVICE ASSEMBLY WITH ANTI-BUCKLING SYSTEM
An interventional device assembly includes a first hub positioned along a drive table, the first hub having a proximal end and a distal end, an interventional device coupled to the first hub and extending distally therefrom, and a telescoping tube having a proximal end and a distal end. The proximal end of the telescoping tube is secured within an interior of the first hub between the proximal end of the first hub and the distal end of the first hub. The distal end of the telescoping tube is configured to secure to a second hub positioned along the drive table or a distal attachment coupled to the drive table. At least a portion of the interventional device extends through the telescoping tube.
