The present application provides a gearbox and an intelligent cleaning apparatus. The gearbox is used for the intelligent cleaning apparatus, and includes a rotatable part and a porous bearing. The rotatable part can rotate around a rotation axis to transmit power for a cleaning head of the intelligent cleaning apparatus, and has a contact surface. The porous bearing is fixedly arranged and has a support surface, and the support surface of the porous bearing is in contact with the contact surface of the rotatable part to support the rotatable part in rotating relative to the porous bearing. At least one of the contact surface and the support surface is provided with a recess.

WASHER ASSEMBLY AND HYDRODYNAMIC TORQUE CONVERTER

A washer assembly and a hydrodynamic torque converter comprising the washer assembly is provided. The washer assembly comprises a washer and a plate; the washer is annular and comprises a washer body and two or more positioning clamps protruding radially inward from an inner periphery of the washer body, at least one side of the positioning clamp in a circumferential direction having a positioning protrusion protruding; the plate is annular, an inner periphery portion of the plate being provided with two or more positioning notches; an edge of at least one side of the positioning notch in the circumferential direction being provided with a positioning groove; and the washer is mounted to one end face of the plate. The washer assembly saves the internal space of the torque converter and saves the material cost of the washer.

Hydrodynamic bearing

The invention relates to a hydrodynamic bearing, namely a hydrodynamic disk-shaped thrust bearing or hydrodynamic thrust washer, wherein hydrodynamic structures having elevations and having depressions arranged between adjacent elevations are arranged on opposite sides of the bearing, which hydrodynamic structures extend in the peripheral direction, and slopes of the hydrodynamic structures are arranged between adjacent depressions, which slopes extend from the depressions toward the elevations. According to the invention, at least some of the elevations of the hydrodynamic structures of the first side of the bearing are arranged in the region between two depressions of the hydrodynamic structures of the second side of the bearing, the elevations of a side of the bearing being arranged at an offset to each other in the peripheral direction.

Hydrodynamic bearing

A hydrodynamic bearing includes an annular washer having an annular face configured to form a hydrodynamic thrust bearing. The annular face defines a plurality of circumferentially spaced oil grooves having opposing first and second lips extending between inner and outer diameters of the face. The annular face further defines a plurality of circumferentially spaced thrust segments alternating with the grooves such that each of the thrust segments is disposed between an associated pair of first and second ones of the grooves. Each of the thrust segments includes a land that is raised on the face relative to the first and second lips of the associated pair, a first ramp extending from the second lip of the first groove to a first side of the land, and a second ramp extending from the first lip of the second groove to a second side of the land.
