The member comprises a conical body portion arranged such that an interior diameter of the conical body portion is smaller than an exterior diameter of the conical body portion. The separation feature prevents contact between the member and the elastomeric portion.
Dual series pitch link bearing
According to one embodiment, a bearing is situated between a pitch link and a swashplate or a hub. The bearing comprises an outer housing having a first opening therethrough, an intermediate housing adjacent the housing inside the first opening and having a second opening therethrough, and an inner housing adjacent the intermediate housing inside the second opening and having a third opening therethrough. The inner housing comprising a first inner surface and a second inner surface defining the third opening. A first member is adjacent the first inner surface inside the third opening having a fourth opening therethrough. A second member is adjacent the second inner surface inside the third opening having a fifth opening therethrough coaxial with the fourth opening.
ROTARY ACTUATOR
A rotary actuator where a thrust bearing ring is positioned at an inside of a tube assembly accommodating oil, thereby reducing abrasion and damage caused by rolling friction and improving rotary power of an axle load by increasing hydraulic pressure of a piston. The rotary actuator includes the tube assembly, a piston, an axle load assembly, and a thrust bearing ring. The tube assembly is provided with a tube spiral portion where a spiral is formed at an inner circumference surface, and is formed of a first passage where oil flows into and out and a second passage spaced apart from the first passage by a fixed distance.
Lead Screw Nut Device
A centralizing bushing assembly includes a bushing housing having axial ends and an opening extending therethrough along an axial axis. The opening can have a pocket extending outwardly from the axial axis within the bushing housing and have internal shoulders axially facing each other. A bushing ring can be positioned within the pocket of the bushing housing between the internal shoulders. The bushing ring can have a split for allowing collapsing of the bushing ring radially inward and have an inner diameter for slidably engaging an axially movable shaft extending through the bushing housing along the axial axis and also have an outer shoulder. A resilient biasing member can be positioned against the outer shoulder of the bushing ring for radially biasing the inner diameter of the bushing ring radially inwardly in a centralizing manner about the axial axis for engaging and centralizing the shaft slidably positioned therethrough.
DIRECTIONAL STIFFNESS BEARING SLEEVE ASSEMBLY FOR ROTOR SYSTEMS
A bearing sleeve assembly includes a rigid inner element having a cylindrical inner diameter bore and an outer surface that is non-cylindrical. Also included is a rigid outer element spaced radially outwardly from the rigid inner element, the rigid outer element comprising a cylindrical member with a uniform cross-section that forms a ring with an inner-diameter surface and an outer-diameter surface, the outer element's inner-diameter surface and the non-cylindrical outer surface of the inner element defining a non-uniform annulus therebetween. Further included is an elastomeric core disposed between the rigid inner element and the rigid outer element within the non-uniform annulus, the elastomeric core having a first thickness at a first location and a second thickness at a second location, the first thickness being greater than the second thickness.
Elastic bushing
An elastic bushing (1), particularly for use in the goods transport vehicle sector includes: a cylindrical tubular element (2) made of self-lubricating material, and an intermediate ring (3) made of an elastically deformable material, wherein the tubular element (2) and the intermediate ring (3), at one end (2′, 3′) thereof, are respectively provided with stop collars (4, 5). The elastic bushing (1) further includes an outer ring (6) made of plastic material adapted to deform, on assembly, to allow the bushing (1) to be forced into a respective assembly seat (100), wherein the outer ring (6) has along its side wall a reinforced annular section (16) and at least one gradual coupling surface (26) between the reinforced annular section (16) and the end (6″) of the outer ring opposite the stop collars (4, 5).
