Rolling bearing guide apparatus
A rolling bearing guide apparatus 1 has a guide rail 2, a slider main body 8, a rolling elements 16, and an end cap 9a, 9b that defines a turn passage 15a, 15b, 15c, 15d that turns the direction of movement of the rolling element 16. The apparatus is provided with a lubrication member 14 impregnated with lubricant, arranged between the slider main body 8 and the end cap 9a, 9b, and partly exposed inside the turn passage 15a, 15b, 15c, 15d, enabling lubrication of the rolling element 16 for a long period of time and reducing efforts of maintenance.
MOTION GUIDE DEVICE AND ACTUATOR
Provided is a motion guide device including a track rail in which a rolling body rolling groove is formed and a movable block which is mounted on the track rail via a plurality of rolling bodies. The movable block includes a movable block body which has a loaded rotting body rolling groove forming a loaded rolling body rolling passage in cooperation with the rolling body rolling groove and has a non-loaded rolling body rolling passage, return members in which inner peripheral-side direction change grooves connecting the loaded rolling body rolling passage and the non-loaded rolling body rolling passage are formed, and end plates. The end plate has a rolling body scooping aim protruding in a direction of a connection surface with the movable block body and a rolling body scooping groove continuous with the outer peripheral-side direction change groove is formed in the rolling body scooping arm.
BALL RETAINER
A ball retainer is provided. The ball retainer includes a chain belt, a hook portion, and a recess portion. The chain belt has a first end and a second end. The hook portion is disposed at the first end. The recess portion is disposed at the second end. An outer circumferential side and an inner circumferential side are formed after the hook portion of the ball retainer is snapped into the recess portion. During operation of the ball retainer after the hook portion is snapped into the recess portion, an acting force is applied to the chain belt so that the hook portion is disengaged from the recess portion. During operation of the ball retainer after the acting force disappears, the first end and the second end of the chain belt approach each other so that the hook portion is accordingly snapped into the recess portion.
Linear guide with lubrication device
A linear guide with lubrication device includes: a elongate rail; a slide module slidably mounted on the elongate rail and including a slide block and two recirculation members, which are respectively mounted to two end faces of the slide block and include a plurality of recirculation passages, in which at least one of the recirculation members includes a lubricant reservoir and a fixing through hole formed therein such that the lubricant reservoir, the recirculation passage, and the fixing through hole are in communication with each other and the lubricant reservoir receives lubricant filled therein; an application member received in the fixing through hole; a transferring member covering the application member and the transferring member absorbing and transferring lubricant to the application member. Rolling bodies, when moving through the recirculation passage, may contact the application member to have lubricant applied thereto.
Threadless linear guide
A threadless linear guide includes a rail, a slide block, a recirculation assembly, and a fixing member. The slide block, the recirculation assembly, and the fixing member are positionable with respect to each other through retention engagements therebetween so that the components can be coupled to each other without screws. A reinforcement plate is provided for reinforcing the strength of the recirculation assembly for the recirculation assembly is generally formed of injecting molding, while the fixing member and the reinforcement plate are made of metal. Thus, with the fixing member and the reinforcement plate enclosing the recirculation assembly, any foreign object jamming in the interior would not cause the rolling bodies to eject out through the recirculation assembly during the operation of rolling bodies.
Compound Linear Guide Having A Fastening Means
The invention relates to a transfer system for transporting objects. It includes a guide rail, which has a light-metal main body and at least one guide element, which is connected to the light-metal main body and has a guide surface. A slide for accommodating at least one object and a bearing, which interacts with the guide element and supports the slide on the guide rail in such a way that the slide can move linearly is also included. The guide rail has at least one magnetic fastening means, which makes it possible to temporarily fasten the guide rail by means of a magnetic clamping device, in particular in order to process the guide surface.
Table device and conveyance device
A table device including: a first base including a first reference surface; a second base including a second reference surface, and movable on the first reference surface in a direction parallel to a first axis; a first bearing member provided to the second base, and forming a gas bearing between the first bearing member and the first reference surface; a second bearing member provided to the second base, apart from the first bearing member relative to a direction parallel to a second axis perpendicular to the first axis, and forming a gas bearing between the second bearing member and the first reference surface; and a table movable on the second reference surface. A distance between the first bearing member and the second bearing member is longer than a dimension of a moving range of the table relative to the direction parallel to the second axis.
MOTION GUIDING DEVICE AND LUBRICATION PATH COMPONENT USED IN MOTION GUIDING DEVICE
A motion guiding device includes a supporting body and a moving body. The moving body includes a moving body main body, a cover body and a circulation component. The cover body includes a first lubrication groove. The motion guiding device is further provided with a lubrication path component, the lubrication path component including a second lubrication groove having a cross-sectional area less than that of the first lubrication groove. When a lubricating oil is used as the lubricant, the lubricant is supplied by a lubricating oil lubrication path formed by the first lubrication groove and the second lubrication groove. In this way, in the motion guiding device, the lubrication path may be widened when the lubricating grease is used to lubricate, while the lubrication path may be narrowed when the lubricating oil is used to lubricate, so that a good lubrication may be easily achieved.
Actuator and Tripod Structure Comprising Actuator
An actuator includes a cylinder sandwiched between a fixing plate fixed to the other end surface of a supporting plate together with a servomotor and a bearing housing, a ball screw shaft having one end protruding into the cylinder through through holes of the fixing plate, a slide block screwed with one end of the ball screw shaft in the cylinder, a cylindrical-shaped piston coupled to an end of the slide block and reciprocatably located in the cylinder, linear motion bearing units located inside the bearing housing to movably support the piston, and linear motion bearing units located in the cylinder to movably support the slide block.
