Ball Channel
A non-magnetic ball housing can include an enclosed end and an open end. A plurality of non-magnetic ball bearings can be positioned within the enclosed end of the non-magnetic housing. A ball magnet can be adjacent to the plurality of non-magnetic ball bearings. A non-magnetic restraining plate can be coupled to the open end of the non-magnetic housing to secure the ball magnet within the non-magnetic ball housing while allowing the ball magnet to freely rotate within the non-magnetic ball housing. The non-magnetic restraining plate can include a restraining plate opening such that at least a portion of the ball magnet protrudes out of the restraining plate opening. A diameter of the restraining plate opening can be less than a diameter of the ball magnet. A metal channel can be magnetically coupled to at least a portion of the ball magnet protruding out of the restraining plate opening.
Recirculating roller bearing
The present application relates to a field of bearing technology and relates to a recirculating roller bearing, including a front cover plate, a rear cover plate, an inner supporter, a sealing covering and a plurality of rolling carriers and at least one connector, in which the front cover plate and the rear cover plate are detachable connected on two sides of the inner supporter respectively; a circulating guiding path is defined by the front cover plate, the rear cover plate, the inner supporter and the sealing covering, the circulating guiding path includes a sealing portion and an opened load-bearing portion; the rolling carriers are filled in the circulating guiding path, each of the rolling carriers forms a rolling fit with the inner supporter, and each of the rolling carrier forms a rolling fit with a retractable fork when passing the opened load-bearing portion of the circulating guiding path.
Linear module
A linear module has a housing, at least one guide rail on a bottom wall within the housing, and a carriage that is longitudinally translatable relative to the housing on the guide rail. The carriage extends from within the housing through at least one longitudinal slit in a side face of the housing perpendicular to the bottom wall to an outside of the housing. At least one flexible slit seal seals the longitudinal slit in a section of the slit where the carriage does not project through the slit.
