Housing Element with End Cover Having an Optimized Sealing Action
A housing element having a casing provided with a spherical seat, a bearing unit located inside the spherical seat of the casing and provided with a radially inner ring, and a plastic end cover provided with a radial through-hole so that a machine shaft can be inserted inside it, the end cover being integral with the shaft and rotatable with the shaft, and the end cover being provided with an elastomeric seal for forming a static seal on the shaft.
Rotary table device
The rotary table device includes a base, a motor, a rotary drive shaft and a cross-roller bearing. An outer ring is rotationally driven through engagement of a pinion gear formed at a shaft end of the rotary rive shaft with a rack gear formed on the outer ring and transmission of a rotary drive force from the rotary drive shaft to the outer ring. The outer ring is formed in a hollow cylindrical shape covering a side of an inner ring, includes a table capable of mounting an external member on one side of the hollow cylindrical shape, and is integrated with the rack gear formed over an entire circumference of the other side thereof. With such a configuration, a rotary table device that can realize reduction in height, size and weight can be provided.
Support assembly for food applications having an improved seal
A support assembly for a movable shaft includes a bearing unit that receives the shaft, a casing, and a cover. The cover includes an annular coupling portion extending towards a radially external lateral surface of the casing. The annular coupling portion has circumferentially spaced teeth projecting from a radially inside surface thereof. The lateral surface includes an annular seat that receives the teeth. The annular seat includes an annular groove axially spaced with respect to a front edge of the casing that defines an opening of the casing and is connected to axial grooves that interrupt radially at least part of the front edge of the casing. A bottom wall of the annular groove has depressions alternating with projections offset with the axial grooves. The annular coupling portion includes radially internal projections that engage with the lateral surface of the casing along portions free of axial grooves.
Rolling bearing with flap seal
A bearing includes an annular cup having an outer race and a radially extending flap. The flap defines an inner circumferential surface and a notch extending outwardly from the inner circumferential surface. The notch includes opposing radially extending sides, an outer circumferential wall, and a locking lip raised from the outer wall. Rolling elements are seated on the outer race and arranged to ride on a shaft. A sealing disc has an outer circumferential surface disposed against the inner circumferential surface and a tab received in the notch with the locking lip extending radially over the tab to secure the scaling disc to the cup.
System For Securing Together by Means of Press-Fitting a Casing and a Cover of a Housing Element
A housing element for applications in the manufacturing industry having a casing and a cover both made of metallic material, wherein the casing is provided with a groove and a flat mounting surface and the cover is provided with an end portion having a frustoconical side wall, an oblique annular bottom wall, and a securing system consisting in inserting the end portion of the cover inside the groove of the casing, wherein an interference (i) between a radially outer end of the end portion of the cover and a radially inner end of the flat mounting surface of the casing assumes values of between 0.2 mm and 0.5 mm and an angle () defined between the frustoconical side wall of the end portion of the cover and the flat mounting surface of the casing assumes values of between 45 and 80. The interference and the angle facilitate the insertion of the end portion of the cover inside the groove of the casing.
Dustproof bearing assembly and motor including the same
A dustproof bearing assembly includes a base having a shaft tube. The shaft tube has an open end with an opening. At least one bearing is coupled to an inner periphery of the shaft tube. A rotating member includes a shaft seat. A shaft includes a first end coupled to the shaft seat and a second end extending through a shaft-receiving hole of the at least one bearing. A dustproof member includes a lower face and an upper face. The lower face is spaced from the open end of the shaft tube. The dustproof member covers the opening. The upper face of the dustproof member abuts a bottom of the shaft seat. The dustproof member has an outer diameter larger than an inner diameter of the shaft tube. The dustproof bearing assembly can be used in a motor.
Cardan universal joint seal with radially extending lips
A seal for sealing between a trunnion and bearing cup of a joint member includes a main annular body. A plurality of annular lips extend radially inwardly from the main body. The lips are configured for engaging an outer bearing surface of the trunnion. A first one and a second one of the lips slope in a first direction with respect to the outer bearing surface of the trunnion and a third one of the lips slope in a second direction with respect to the outer bearing surface of the trunnion.
Sealing Device for Wheel Hub Assembly
Sealing device for a wheel hub assembly provided with a rolling bearing, the sealing device being provided with a shield mounted on an outer ring of the bearing and with an annular cylindrical wall having an inner lateral surface mounted on an outer lateral surface of a collar of the outer ring; and with a sealing material fixed to the shield and defined by a pre-formed annular covering of polymer material, preferably but not necessarily rubber or thermoplastic material, formed independently and separately from the shield and mounted on the shield.
Toner transporting device, developing device, and image forming apparatus
A toner transporting device includes a bearing, an opposing section, a flange, and an engaging section. The bearing has an inner ring supporting a shaft, rolling elements disposed on an outer periphery of the inner ring, and an outer ring disposed around the rolling elements to surround the inner ring. The opposing section is disposed facing a first side of the inner and outer rings. The flange is provided at a second edge at a second side of the outer ring, extends in a direction of the shaft, and covers at least a part of a second end surface at the second side of the inner ring. The engaging section serves as a first edge at the first side of the outer ring, extends out relative to a first end surface at the first side of the inner ring, and engages with the opposing section in a relatively movable manner.
HUB BEARING ASSEMBLY FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE WHEEL
Hub bearing assembly for a vehicle wheel, the assembly having an axial tubular appendage capable of being inserted into a central hole of a wheel of the vehicle, and wherein the tubular appendage has a radially outer surface of substantially cylindrical shape; a collar of cylindrical shape being mounted on the tubular appendage so as to cover a second centring section of the radially outer cylindrical surface, and having an insert of metallic material and an inner coating layer which at least partially covers the insert and is formed on the insert by galvanizing.
