End Plates and Inner Plate Bushings For Pumps
A cast for producing end plates for a pump assembly, the cast comprising a base portion and a pair of projections, the pair of projections providing material to machine bearing assembly housings for accommodating drive and idler shafts in the pump assembly. Also provided is an inner plate bushing for an end plate in a pump assembly, the inner plate bushing comprising a collar extending from a flange, the collar to be inserted into a mounting recess in the end plate with the flange seating flush with a surface of the end plate, the surface area of an end of the collar being larger than an inner surface of the flange.
Sliding component
A positive pressure generating mechanism comprising a positive pressure generating groove is provided to a high-pressure side of one of two sliding surfaces that slide relative to each other in a pair of sliding components, and a negative pressure generating mechanism comprising a negative pressure generating groove is provided to a low-pressure side. The positive pressure generating groove and negative pressure generating groove are communicated with a high-pressure fluid side and separated from a low-pressure fluid side by a seal surface.

Downhole mud motor with a sealed bearing pack
An improved sealed bearing pack for a downhole mud motor is disclosed. More specifically, embodiments of the present invention relate to a mud motor for straight and directional drilling with a sealed bearing pack designed to withstand higher torques, loads, and pressure operations and with a reduced failure rate. In some embodiments, the sealed bearing pack has more lateral support for improved horizontal drilling and extended operational life. Thus, one embodiment includes an adapter housing extending the length of the outer housing and a bearing within the adapter housing for increased support. Additionally, some embodiments include two thrust bearing assemblies for improved operations and reduced failures. Various embodiments include a longer flow sleeve than prior art sealed bearing packs.
Seal bearing and image forming apparatus
A seal bearing includes: a bearing part configured to bear and hold a shaft such that the shaft is rotatable; and a seal part made of elastomer and combined with the bearing part. The seal part is joined to an end surface among two end surfaces of the bearing part. The two end surfaces are adjacent to a bearing surface of the bearing part in an axial direction.

Hybrid spherical and thrust bearing
According to one embodiment, a bearing features an elastomeric portion having an opening therethrough, a member disposed within the opening of the elastomeric portion, and a separation feature disposed between the member and the elastomeric portion. The member comprises a conical body portion arranged such that an interior diameter of the conical body portion is smaller than an exterior diameter of the conical body portion. The separation feature prevents contact between the member and the elastomeric portion.

Guide mechanism of machine tool and machine tool
A guide mechanism for a machine tool includes a movement member and a guide member in a form of first and second rails the movement member and the guide member relatively movable to each other. A hydrostatic pressure guide mechanism and a sliding guide mechanism are formed between the movement member and the first and second rails. The hydrostatic pressure guide mechanism includes a static pressure chamber, a seal portion sealing a periphery of the static pressure chamber, and a supply passage configured to supply a lubricating oil into the static pressure chamber.
