BEARING ARRANGEMENT
The invention relates to a bearing arrangement (1) comprising a bearing cover (3) and a bearing block (2) fitting onto the latter, which bearing block in the area of the bearing cover (3) comprises a recess (9) in which the bearing cover (3) can be arranged and which comprises vertical deformation elements (15) with a longitudinal extension (19), wherein the vertical deformation elements (15) have a greater degree of plastic deformability than the bearing block (2).
An Expansion Sleeve and a Connection Device
The invention relates to an expansion sleeve (10), the sleeve being configured to be arranged on an axle (110) to secure the axle in a hole (4), the sleeve comprising: a first and second section (20, 30) with a first and second outer diameter (D11, D2); wherein the first section has a conical shape with a tapering inner wall (22), and an outer wall (24) configured to abut an inner wall of the hole, the second section being configured to axially abut a fastening device (130) arranged at an end of the axle, wherein the second outer diameter is smaller than the first outer diameter, and wherein the second section comprises an inner wall (32) extending with an angle relative the axial direction (A) of the sleeve which is smaller than the angle (β) of the tapering inner wall of the first section.
ADJUSTABLE HINGE FASTENERS FOR USE WITH A BIDET WASHING APPARATUS
The disclosure provides adjustable hinge fasteners and methods thereof, for securing a bidet washing apparatus to a toilet.
ADJUSTABLE HINGE FASTENERS FOR USE WITH A BIDET WASHING APPARATUS
The disclosure provides adjustable hinge fasteners and methods thereof, for securing a bidet washing apparatus to a toilet.
Bearing device for wheel
A bearing device includes a bearing having an outer race with double-row outer raceway surfaces formed on its inner periphery, a hub wheel and an inner race having double-row inner raceway surfaces formed on outer peripheries thereof opposed to the outer raceway surfaces, and double-row rolling elements interposed between the outer and inner raceway surfaces. The bearing has a constant velocity universal joint separably coupled thereto with a screw fastening structure, in which a stem section of an outer joint member of the constant velocity universal joint is fitted to an inner diameter portion of the hub wheel, and in which a plurality of convex portions extending in an axial direction are formed on the stem section, and a plurality of concave portions having an interference with respect to only circumferential side wall portions of each of the plurality of convex portions are formed on the hub wheel.
MOTOR AND BEARING OUTER RING FIXING UNIT
Provided are a motor and a bearing outer ring fixing unit that can prevent a bearing outer ring from shifting in the axial direction. The motor of an embodiment is provided with: a first member attached to a housing and supporting one end surface side of the outer ring of a bearing; and a second member attached to the first member and supporting the other end surface side of the outer ring of the bearing. The outer ring is fastened by the first member and the second member.
Tie rod
The tie rod is designed to elongate when subjected to an overload in tension that is placed on the tie rod. A plurality of threads and a reduced diameter section on the tie rod elongated when subjected to a tension overload that exceeds the design parameters of the tie rod. The elongation of the tie rod is designed to provide a warning to the operator of the vehicle that the tie rod has been subjected to an overload and should be inspected and repaired as needed. The deformation and elongation of the tie rod absorbs energy and protects other components of the steering and suspension systems of the vehicle.
Bearing closure device and method for operating the same
A bearing closure device has a externally threaded ring that can be slid onto a roll journal. One stop close to the roll barrel and one stop away from the roll barrel are provided on the roll journal in order to limit the axial movement of the threaded ring. A ring nut with an internal thread is screwed onto the external thread of the threaded ring. To facilitate safe screwing on and unscrewing of the ring nut and to keep screws pressure-free during the operation of the bearing a pressure ring is mounted between the bearing and the threaded ring in an axially displaceable manner. In addition, a plurality of screws can be screwed into axial threaded bores in the threaded ring in order to press against the pressure ring in the axial direction. Finally, the ring nut can be screwed or adjusted against the pressure ring.
Gear systems having bearing flexure mounted thrust bearings
A gear system includes a gear assembly having a shaft that is at least partially disposed within a housing of the gear system. A thrust bearing has inner and outer races with the outer race coupled to the housing. A bearing flexure is disposed between the inner race of the thrust bearing and the shaft. The bearing flexure includes a cylindrical cage having at least one shaft journal ring and a plurality of circumferentially distributed axially extending fingers coupled thereto with the shaft journal ring coupled to the shaft. A cylindrical bearing journal has inner and outer surfaces with the outer surface coupled to the inner race of the thrust bearing. Each of a plurality of circumferentially distributed radially extending struts extends between one of the fingers and the inner surface of the cylindrical bearing journal. The bearing flexure has an axial stiffness that is greater than its radial stiffness.
Retention arrangement for a rolling element bearing
A rolling element bearing retention arrangement provides axial and rotational retention of a rolling element bearing within a housing. A retaining ring is received partially within circumferential grooves located on an outer ring of the rolling element bearing, and within a bore of the housing, providing axial retention. Inward and outward directed protrusions on each end of the retaining ring engage cavities within the respective circumferential grooves, providing rotational retention.
