Each plain bearing (18) is designed as a bearing allowing one revolution of the threaded spindle (16), wherein at least one longitudinal groove (21) abuts one guide bush (23) of the plain bearing (18).
ROLLING BEARING
A rolling bearing includes an outer ring as a fixed ring, an inner ring as a rotary ring, and rolling elements disposed between the outer ring and the inner ring. The outer ring includes, on the radially opposite side of its raceway surface, a fitting surface fitted to a mating member, two annular grooves in which elastic members are fitted, and a recess adjacent to the annular grooves, and having a bottom surface having an outer diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the fitting surface.
HALF THRUST BEARING
A half thrust bearing includes a slide surface which includes: at least two oil grooves extending in a radial direction; a plurality of pad surfaces located on both sides of each oil groove in a circumferential direction; and at least two first inclined surfaces each formed between the oil groove and the pad surface on a front side of the oil groove in a rotation direction of a crankshaft. A plurality of circumferential grooves are formed in succession in the radial direction on the first inclined surface. A plurality of oil drain grooves extends side by side to intersect the circumferential direction and the radial direction on the pad surface. A plurality of flat portions are formed each between the adjacent oil drain grooves. Each oil drain groove is open at a radially outer end and/or a radially inner end of the pad surface.
Slide bearing
Provided is a slide bearing capable of sustaining sliding performance over long period. A slide bearing has an upper case (2) configured to be attached to an upper support for attachment of a suspension to a vehicle body, a lower case (3) rotatably combined with the upper case (2) to form an annular space (7); and an annular center plate (4) and an annular sliding sheet (5) both placed within the annular space (7). The center plate (4) includes a bearing surface (40) slidable with the sliding sheet (5) and an annular groove (42) formed on the bearing surface (40) so as to hold lubricant. The annular groove (42) has an inner circumferential surface (43a) inclining down from the opening section toward the groove bottom section as it goes outwardly in the radial direction and an outer circumferential surface (43b) inclining down from the opening section toward the groove bottom section as it goes inwardly in the radial direction. A line P of intersection between the inner circumferential surface (43a) and the outer circumferential surface (43b) is located closer to the bearing surface (40) than to a back face (41) of the center plate (4).
Half bearing and sliding bearing
A semi-cylindrical half bearing for a sliding bearing includes at least one axial groove formed on its inner circumferential surface that includes a smooth groove surface formed back away from the inner circumferential surface toward a radially outer side. The half bearing further includes a plurality of axial narrow grooves and a plurality of circumferential narrow grooves that are formed further back away from the groove surface toward the radially outer side, and extend in circumferential and axial directions, respectively, so as to cross each other. A depth of the axial narrow groove from the groove surface is greater than a depth of the circumferential narrow groove from the groove surface, and a width of the axial narrow groove on the groove surface is greater than a width of the circumferential narrow groove on the groove surface.
Rolling apparatus with profiled V-guide
A profiled rolling apparatus for lowering rolling resistance in track-guided, load-bearing movement applications. The rolling body, as part of a track roller, cam follower, caster wheel, or the like, has a radial groove (e.g. a V-shape with some internal angle) on which a non-linear profile is implemented. Profiles for various embodiments may be, but are not limited to, circular arcs, polynomials or other mathematical functions, or made up of multiple shorter linear and/or arc segments, creating a convex or concave contour on either side of the groove. Such crowning profiles may additionally or alternatively be implemented on the guiding track.
Tapered roller bearing
A tapered roller bearing is configured such that, when considering: (i) a reference point which is the intersection point between the imaginary line extending from the generatrix of the raceway surface of the inner ring toward a grinding undercut, and the imaginary line extending from the generatrix of a large flange surface toward the grinding undercut; (ii) the undercut width A of the grinding undercut from the reference point to the large flange surface; and (iii) the width RC of a chamfer of each tapered roller in the direction along the generatrix of the large flange surface, the width RC is 0.7 mm or less and the relationship between A and RC is A<RC.
