HALF THRUST BEARING
Provided is a semi-annular shaped half thrust bearing. The half thrust bearing has a sliding surface and a back surface opposite to the sliding surface. The sliding surface includes a plurality of recesses. Each recess has a recess surface recessed from the sliding surface toward the back surface. The recess surface is convex toward the back surface in cross-sectional view in a center line direction of the half thrust bearing. The recess surface includes a plurality of grooves. The grooves are recessed from the recess surface toward the back surface. The grooves extend in the center line direction so that smooth surfaces and the grooves are alternately arranged on the recess surface in a horizontal direction of the half thrust bearing.
ROLLING DEEP GROOVE BALL BEARING
A rolling deep groove ball bearing includes a bearing outer ring (1), a bearing inner ring (2), a plurality of large rolling balls (3) and special-shaped rollers (4), where the large rolling balls (3) and special-shaped rollers (4) are arranged between the bearing inner ring (1) and the bearing outer ring (2), and the large rolling balls (3) and the special-shaped rollers (4) are arranged at intervals. For the rolling deep groove ball bearing, the rolling balls (3) and the bearing raceway realize the pure rolling, where high linear velocity is subjected; the bearing capacity is large; the noise is low; the reliability is high and the service life is long. The deep groove ball bearing has no gap for installing balls and is simply assembled.
Roller for deflecting or guiding a metal strip, which is to be coated, in a metal melt bath
A roller for deflecting or guiding a metal strip to be coated in a metal melt bath may include bearing journals disposed coaxially with one another for rotationally supporting the roller. To obtain a high coating quality while hot-dip coating the metal strip, in particular steel strip, and to increase the service life of such a roller, each bearing journal may comprise a plurality of axially spaced annular elevations that have or are formed from a plain-bearing coating. The roller may comprise a steel roller shell, and each bearing journal may include a substantially cylindrical or circular-disk-shaped connecting steel portion that extends radially in the direction of the roller shell. At least one of the connecting portions may comprise a passage opening at an end face of the roller shell. The passage may be closed by means of a gas-permeable plug element comprised of ceramic material.
HALF THRUST BEARING
Provided is a semi-annular-shaped half thrust bearing having a sliding surface for receiving an axial force and a back surface opposite to the sliding surface. The sliding surface includes a plurality of recesses. Each recess has a recess surface recessed from the sliding surface toward the back surface of the half thrust bearing. The recess surface is convex toward the back surface of the half thrust bearing in cross-sectional view in a circumferential direction of the half thrust bearing. The recess surface includes a plurality of circumferential grooves recessed from the recess surface toward the back surface of the half thrust bearing. The circumferential grooves extend along the circumferential direction of the half thrust bearing, and smooth surfaces and the circumferential grooves are alternately arranged on the recess surface.
ROLLING BEARING AND ROTATING DEVICE INCLUDING ROLLING BEARING
A rolling bearing includes: an inner ring; an outer ring; and a plurality of rolling elements provided between the inner ring and the outer ring, wherein: one of the inner ring and the outer ring is a rotating ring; the other one of the inner ring and the outer ring is a firm ring; the firm ring is attached to a prescribed member; and a black oxide film having a mesh-shaped crack is formed on at least one surface of a fitting surface of the firm ring and a side face of the firm ring, the fitting surface facing the prescribed member in a radial direction of the rolling bearing, the side face making contact with the prescribed member in an axial direction of the rolling bearing.
THRUST BEARING AND BEARING DEVICE
A slide surface of a thrust bearing includes a planar portion, a taper portion, and a pocket portion. The pocket portion includes a bottom surface, a first side surface, and a second side surface. The first side surface is formed on the side of the taper portion. The second side surface is formed on a side opposed to the first side surface. A depth from the plane of the planar portion to the thinnest portion of the taper portion is between 10 m and 80 m. A first angle that is an angle between a virtual surface obtained by extending the bottom surface and the second side surface is between 90 and 120. And a second angle that is an angle between a virtual surface obtained by extending the first side surface and the tapered surface is between 60 and 120.
Method for machining a surface of a metal component, and metal component
A method for machining a surface of a metal component, in particular a connecting rod or a cam for a motor vehicle, including the following steps: providing a metal component which has a surface to be machined; premachining the surface to be machined; structuring the premachined surface by a laser beam in such a way that elevations but no depressions are formed as laser structures on the premachined surface with respect to the level thereof.
SHELL BEARING FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINES
A shell bearing of an internal combustion engine is disclosed. The shell bearing includes two semicircular segments defining a profile of the shell bearing. A constant oil groove is provided extending longitudinally and in a centralized manner along an internal surface of at least one of the two segments. The oil groove has a volume in a proportion of up to 10% of a volume of the shell bearing.
HALF BEARING AND SLIDING BEARING
Provided is a semi-cylindrical-shaped half bearing having an inner surface including a center zone and end zones each including a plurality of recesses. Each recess includes a groove forming zone adjacent to the peripheral edge and including a plurality of circumferential grooves extending from the peripheral edge along the circumferential direction. An area ratio S2 of an area of the groove forming zone to an area of the recess in the end zone is larger than an area ratio S1 in the center zone. A maximum depth D4 of the circumferential groove in the end zone is larger than a maximum depth D2 of the circumferential groove in the center zone. A sliding bearing of the present invention includes the above half bearing.
Cam follower with tire having axial movement compensating features
A bearing assembly for a cam follower assembly for a ram assembly for a metal can production necker includes two or more bearings. Each of the bearing includes an inner ring positioned within an outer ring and a plurality of rolling elements positioned therebetween.
