TUBE JOINTS WITH CONSISTENT FRICTION TORQUE AND NO CLEARANCE GAP
A bushing assembly includes a tube with an outer bearing surface, a metal part with an annular flange defining an opening and a plastic bushing with a bushing hub with an inner annular bushing contact surface and an axially extending metal part engagement surface. A friction torque setting connection is formed between the annular flange and the bushing hub and defines a rotational and axial connection between the annular flange and the bushing hub. The connection is configured to vary a radial force applied between the annular flange and the bushing hub with a deformation of bushing plastic material. This is to vary friction between the bushing contact surface and the tube outer bearing surface upon applying a torque to the plastic bushing, causing rotation and axial movement of the plastic bushing relative to the metal part, and causing the deformation of plastic material of the bushing hub.
FASTENING SYSTEM FOR FASTENING BUILT-IN ELEMENTS IN A CABIN OF A VEHICLE
A fastening system has a fastening element and at least one fastening device having a flanged housing, a closure element, a hollow-sphere element and a spherical insert. The hollow-sphere element pivots about a first pivoting axis relative to the flanged housing, while the spherical insert pivots about a second pivoting axis in the hollow-sphere element. First engagement means in an opening of the spherical insert are of complementary design to second engagement means of the fastening element. The first and second engagement means are designed such that, in a first rotational position, the fastening element can be inserted freely into the opening and, in a second rotational position, the first and second engagement means engage in one another.
Cable connecting mechanism
Provided is a cable connecting mechanism including a slider and a slider housing member. The slider housing member has a lid member, a bottom surface member, a pair of side walls, a one-end-side hinge connecting the lid member and the bottom surface member, an another-end-side hinge connecting the member and the bottom surface member, a first engagement structure provided on an outer surface closer to one end of the slider housing member than the one-end-side hinge, a second engagement structure, a third engagement structure, a fourth engagement structure, a cable extension part, and a wall portion arranged to be sandwiched between the one-end-side hinge and the another-end-side hinge. In a closed state, when a load is applied to the cable so as to release the closed state by pressing at least one of the lid member and the bottom surface member, the wall portion abuts against an outer circumference of another one of the lid member and the bottom surface member, to restrict a movement of the lid member or the bottom surface member in an alignment direction of the pair of side walls. Therefore, the hinge is not easily broken.

Cable release bypass system and vehicle seat with cable release bypass system
A cable actuator system includes an actuating cable for connection to an actuator and to an actuatable device and a bypass assembly connected to the actuating cable. The bypass assembly includes a bypass input with a first input position and with a second input position. With the bypass input in the first input position the bypass assembly acts on the cable such that an actuating movement of the cable by the actuator moves the cable an actuating distance at the actuatable device to actuate the actuatable device. With the bypass input in the second input position the bypass assembly acts on the cable such that the actuating movement of the cable by the actuator does not move the cable the actuating distance at the actuatable device. A vehicle seat, with a seat base, a backrest, an actuator, and a vehicle seat actuatable device, also includes the cable actuator system.
DUAL ACTUATOR
An actuator includes a motor, a pulley selectively rotatable about an axis by the motor, a compression spring, a first cable connected at one end to the pulley, and a second cable connected at one end to the pulley. The pulley is rotatable in a first pulley direction to a first actuation position to increase tension in the first cable and is rotatable in a second pulley direction opposite the first pulley direction to a second actuation position to increase tension in the second cable. The compression spring is operable to bias the pulley in the second pulley direction when the pulley is in the first actuation position and to bias the pulley in the first pulley direction when in the pulley is the second actuation position.
Seat track assembly
A seat track assembly including a first rail configured to move along a second rail. The assembly may include a roller cage disposed at least partially between the first rail and the second rail. In embodiments, the assembly includes a stopper that projects from an inner surface of the second rail and is configured to restrict movement of the roller cage while the movement of the first rail relative to the second rail is independent of the stopper.
LOW CHUCK COMPLIANT PIVOT JOINT
A compliant pivot joint is provided for rotationally coupling a link member to a frame member in a vehicle seat. The compliant pivot joint includes a cup-shaped protrusion having a cup opening formed on the link member, a shoulder bolt having a first shaft portion projecting from a bolt head and terminating at a shoulder, a bias member having a bias opening, and a fastener fixedly coupled to the frame member. The shoulder bolt is fixedly coupled to the fastener and extends through the bias opening and through the cup opening. The bias member is spaced between the cup-shaped protrusion and the bolt head and biases the bolt head away from the cup-shaped protrusion. A curved shoulder surface of the fastener is frictionally engaged with the cup-shaped protrusion and the shoulder of the shoulder bolt is frictionally engaged with an end surface of the fastener.
TABLE UNIT
Provided is a table unit enabling easy opening of a table provided to the back surface of a seat backrest. A table unit is provided with: a hinge mechanism that is coaxially fitted to a fulcrum shaft portion of a table main body and that can retain and release the table main body in and from a plurality of attitudes; and a hook unit that retains and releases the table main body at the position of a housed attitude. The hinge mechanism is configured to have a pair of cam bodies that face each other in the axial direction, and, through mutual cooperation of the pair of cam bodies, position the table main body to a use attitude in which the table main body is deployed to a use position and to a partially-housed attitude between the housed attitude and the use attitude as a plurality of stages of attitudes.
