The special feature is that at least one holding element (18) can extend through a passage (31) in a seat (28) in such a way that the pin (17a, 17b) can be moved by the holding element (18) from the pre-assembly position into the final assembly position and that, in the final assembly position, the holding element (18) is positioned in such a way that it prevents a return movement of the pin (17a, 17b) from the final assembly position into the pre-assembly position.
CONNECTING STRUCTURE OF END PIECE AND OUTER CABLE IN BOWDEN CABLE AND METHOD FOR CONNECTING THE SAME
In a Bowden cable, a shield thereof is formed from a hollow strand that is formed by twisting a plurality of metal individual wires. An end part of this hollow strand is exposed by removing an outer skin and is increased in diameter, thereby forming a first flare part. An end part of a liner is also increased in diameter to form a second flare part. An end piece is injection molded so as to envelop these flare parts. A synthetic resin as a material of this end piece is made to enter between the metal individual wires. The end piece includes a mounting part and a bent pipe part for covering and surrounding an outer periphery of an outer cable in a state in which the outer cable is curved. The mounting part and the bent pipe part are formed as a unit by injection molding.
CALBE JOINT AND CABLE OPERATION MECHANISM INCLUDING THE SAME
To provide a cable joint including a joint piece which has an good sliding property and is hardly broken. The cable joint includes a joint case 10 and a joint piece 50. The joint piece 50 is provided with a locking part of a cable end and a cable lead-out groove 56. A joint case side main sliding surface 21a is formed flat, and a protrusion part 61 is provided on a joint piece side main sliding surface 60. The protrusion part protrudes toward the main sliding surfaces 60, 21a in a direction orthogonal to the main sliding surfaces. An apex part 61a of the protrusion part is located at a position corresponding to the cable lead-out groove 56 in the direction orthogonal to the main sliding surfaces.
SLIDE BLOCK ASSEMBLY HAVING BALL BUSHING BEARING
The present disclosure relates to a slide block, the slide block assembly having a ball bushing bearing may include: a slide block which has formed at one side thereof a guide receiving part capable of receiving a slide guide of which at least a portion is formed as a linear section or a curved section; and a ball bushing bearing of which the inner surface is formed so as to correspond to the slide guide so as to be capable of making sliding contact with the slide guide, and the outer surface is formed so as to correspond to the guide receiving part so as to be capable of making rolling contact with the guide receiving part by means of a ball method.
LONGITUDINAL ADJUSTER AND VEHICLE SEAT
A longitudinal adjuster (10), for a vehicle seat (1), includes a lower rail (12) and an upper rail (14) which is displaceably guided in a longitudinal direction (x). A bearing element (16) is arranged between the lower rail (12) and the upper rail (14) and is in contact with the lower rail (12) and the upper rail (14). The bearing element (16) has a locking device (20). A displacement of the bearing element (16) relative to the lower rail (12) beyond a predefined action region is prevented during a displacement of the upper rail (14) relative to the lower rail (12) if the locking device (20) interacts with an opening (28) which is arranged in the lower rail (12). This includes a spring section (24) of the locking device (20) pivoting into the opening (28). A vehicle seat (1) is provided having a longitudinal adjuster (10) of this type.
Rotatable handle attachable to an object having a longitudinal extent
A handle assembly attachable to an object includes an auxiliary handle and a hook with a pivot arm pivotably attached thereto to define a passageway for the object. The pivot arm is pivotable between a first position, allowing access to the passageway, and a plurality of second positions, adjusting the size of the passageway to secure the object therein. A pawl, attached to the pivot arm, is movable between a first position, engageable with a ratchet of the hook, and a second position, disengaged therefrom. A shank extends the hook, and a clutch operatively couples the shank to the auxiliary handle. The clutch is actuatable between an engaged position and a disengaged position. The shank is moveable relative to the auxiliary handle in translation when the clutch is in the engaged position and the shank is rotatable relative to the auxiliary handle when the clutch is in the disengaged position.
Ball bearing application for seat recliner disk mechanisms
A vehicle seat includes a seat base and a seat back rotationally connected at a pivot. The seat base is rotatable about the pivot between a plurality of rotational positions relative to the seat base. A recliner disk is positioned at the pivot. The recliner disk includes a guide plate coupled to the seat base and a tooth plate coupled to the seat back. A plurality of bearings is positioned between the guide and tooth plates. The plurality of bearings and the guide and tooth plates are free of an internal braking mechanism. The engagement of the guide and tooth plates with the bearings provide for substantially free rotational movement between the plurality of rotational positions. The bearings also fix the relative axial position of the guide plate relative to the tooth plate.
