Quick connect for conduits

Method and system are provided for a quick connector for coupling conduits. The quick connector comprises a first piece including a radial slot and a first protrusion group, a second piece including a first slot group and a second slot group angled in a same direction, the first slot group is counterpart to the first protrusion group, and a third piece including a second protrusion group counterpart to the second slot group, where each slot of the first slot group faces a first side, and each slot of the second slot group faces an opposing, second side. In one example, the quick connector may include a locking mechanism and a feedback system.

Shaft coupling assembly

A coupling assembly includes a flexible coupling and a first adapter. The flexible coupling defines an opening that extends along a central longitudinal axis between a first coupling end and a second coupling end. The first adapter is arranged to be at least partially received within the opening proximate the first coupling end. The first adapter extends between a first adapter first face and a first adapter second face. The first adapter defines a first adapter post and a first adapter hole. The first adapter post that extends from the first adapter first face. The first adapter hole that extends from the first adapter first face towards the first adapter second face.

Power transmission shaft

A propeller shaft as a power transmission shaft is provided between vehicle-side first second shaft parts, and a first tube as a first shaft member is connected to the first shaft part through a first joint member and to the second shaft part through a second joint member. The first tube is connected to the first joint member through a first collar member and to the second joint member through a second collar member. The first collar member includes a first main body part exposed from a first end portion of the first tube, and a first insertion part inserted into the inside of the first end portion. In at least the first collar member, the maximum value of the outer diameter of the first main body part is set to be no greater than the maximum value of the outer diameter of the first insertion part.

Electric motor having a rotor shaft and a first and a second bearing

An electric motor includes a rotor shaft, a first bearing, and a second bearing. The rotor shaft includes a first rotor shaft part and a second rotor shaft part, the first rotor shaft part being rotatably mounted via the first bearing, and the second rotor shaft part being rotatably mounted via the second bearing. A bellows is connected at its first axial end region to the first rotor shaft part, e.g., by welding, and the bellows is connected at its second axial end region to the second rotor shaft part, e.g., by welding.

Compressor system

A compressor system includes a compressor including a rotary shaft, an impeller, and a casing, a motor including a motor rotor disposed coaxially with the rotary shaft, and a coupling shaft coupling the motor rotor to the rotary shaft. The compressor includes a compressor bearing that rotatably supports the rotary shaft, and a compressor connecting hub that is fixed to the rotary shaft at a position where the compressor connecting hub overlaps the compressor bearing in the axial direction and at a position on an inner side in the radial direction. The coupling shaft is allowed to alleviate misalignment with the compressor connecting hub. The compressor bearing rotatably supports an outer peripheral surface of the compressor connecting hub.
