CLUTCH APPLY CAVITY AIR BLEED
20190301623 · 2019-10-03 ·

A check valve assembly for controlling a flow of fluid in a transmission from a first cavity to a second cavity is disclosed. Check valve assembly may include a housing having a fluid passageway therein, a biasing member supported by the housing for axial movement along a first axis, and a valve element positioned within the fluid passageway of the housing. The valve element may be moveable between a seated position and an unseated position. An intersection of a plane normal to the first axis and the valve element defines a seating boundary of the element, which may define a minimum distance from the seating surface of the fluid passageway to the valve element when the valve element is in the unseated position. The check valve may include at least one swage extending radially inwardly from the fluid passageway to limit axial movement of the valve element.

A hydraulic clutch assembly includes a rotating shaft. A first clutch and a second clutch are coupled to the shaft. A first passageway located within the shaft supplies an actuating fluid to the first clutch. A second passageway located within the shaft supplies the actuating fluid to the second clutch. A first bleed passage is fluidly coupled with the first passageway. A second bleed passage is fluidly coupled to the second passageway and the first bleed passage. A first outlet is fluidly coupled to the first bleed passage. A second outlet is fluidly coupled to the second bleed passage. The first outlet and the second outlet merge together to form an outlet passage.

Hydrostatic clutch actuator with overflow

The present invention relates to a hydrostatic clutch actuator for a clutch, in particular a wet clutch, of a motor vehicle, wherein the clutch actuator has a drive unit, a master cylinder-piston-cylinder unit driven thereby, a hydraulic reservoir fluidically connected to the master cylinder-piston-cylinder unit, and a hydraulic system for actuating the clutch, wherein, by use of the master cylinder-piston-cylinder unit, hydraulic medium can be conveyed out of the hydraulic reservoir into the hydraulic system and the hydraulic system can be pressurized, and the hydraulic reservoir has an overflow, via which hydraulic medium can be discharged from the hydraulic reservoir and the hydraulic system.

REGULATOR FOR CLUTCH OPERATING MECHANISM
