DISK ROTOR OF VEHICLE BRAKE
A disk rotor of a vehicle brake with improved efficiency in cooling the disk rotor by a synergy effect that comes from ensuring velocity of airflow flowing between cooling fins, ensuring surface areas of the cooling fins, and generating turbulent flow by second fins. A plurality of cooling fins each extending radially from an inner peripheral edge to an outer peripheral edge of a disk rotor are provided inside the disk rotor at intervals in the circumferential direction. Each of the plurality of the cooling fins includes a radial fin extending radially and a second fin spaced apart from the radial fin in the radial direction.
Disc brake protector
This invention relates to a disc brake protector (1; 101) for a bicycle (200), the disc brake protector comprising (a) an inner cover (10; 110) for fitting around an axle (220) of a bicycle wheel (205, 225) between the wheel and the disc brake, the inner cover comprising a closable opening (15; 115) for insertion of the axle, and (b) an outer cover (5) which is attachable to the inner cover such that, in use, the covers enclose the disc brake. The invention also relates to a method of attaching the disc brake protector, as well as to a bicycle fitted with the disc brake protector.
Caliper cover
The present invention relates to a caliper cover, and more particularly, to a caliper cover that protects a brake caliper and is firmly fixed to the brake caliper.
Brake caliper of a disc brake
A brake caliper of a disc brake includes tie bars which run substantially parallel and at a distance from each other and which interconnect a caliper back and a receiving area of a housing that encloses brake application functional parts. The receiving area has an approximately rectangular assembly opening closable by a closure lid. The assembly opening includes longitudinal sides extending in the direction of the tie bars and narrow sides extending transversely to the long sides. The assembly opening is adjacent to at least one flange which forms an undercut and a wall for the receiving area on one of the narrow sides.
Work vehicle
A work vehicle is disclosed that includes an elastic support mechanism for supporting an exhaust muffler. The elastic support mechanism includes a support platform member, elastic cylindrical members and a bar-shaped member. The support platform member is supported by a rear-linking frame bar to adjust a position of the support platform member along one of lateral and longitudinal directions of the body frame. An elastic cylindrical member is supported by one of the support platform member and the exhaust muffler. The elastic cylindrical member has an axis extending along the other of the lateral and longitudinal directions, and is supported at a single position, in a direction of the axis, of one of the support platform member and the exhaust muffler. A bar-shaped member supported by the other of the support platform member and the exhaust muffler is fitted into the elastic cylindrical member to be supported by the elastic cylindrical member.
Brake dust particle filter, brake caliper and disc brake assembly
A brake dust particle filter for a brake caliper of a disc brake assembly, wherein the brake caliper comprises a lining inspection opening, closes in a mounted state thereof the lining inspection opening at least partially with precise fit. The brake dust particle filter is provided with a filter medium support that supports a filter medium. A brake caliper provided with the brake dust particle filter in the lining inspection opening is arranged across the brake disc of the disc brake assembly.
Suspension device of a motor-vehicle wheel
A suspension device of a motor-vehicle wheel includes a support member of the wheel connected to a structure of the motor-vehicle by one or more suspension members and a brake disc connected in rotation with the motor-vehicle wheel. The device also includes a brake disc cover rigidly connected to the support member and at least partially surrounding the brake disc. The brake disc cover is formed in a single piece with said support member of the motor-vehicle wheel.
BRAKE ACTUATOR
A brake actuator for an aircraft braking system includes a housing having an internal bore, a sleeve mounted for axial movement within the bore of the housing that has a plurality of ratchet teeth on an external surface thereof, a latching mechanism comprising at least one latch mounted for radial movement for engagement with the ratchet teeth of the sleeve. The latching mechanism further includes a latch spring mounted externally of the internal bore for biasing the at least one latch radially inwardly to engage with the ratchet teeth of the sleeve, and a hydraulic brake piston slidably mounted within the internal bore of the housing and extending axially through the sleeve, the piston having a piston head at a first end thereof, and a second opposite end for operative engagement with a brake element, the piston being mounted so as to be movable axially relative to the sleeve.
DISC BRAKE AND PISTON BOOT
A piston boot has an annular fixing part that is formed on one end side of a stretchable part and abuts against an inner peripheral side of the cylinder. An outer peripheral surface of the annular fixing part is provided with a first region that abuts against an inner peripheral surface of the cylinder and a second region that is disposed closer to a bottom side of the cylinder than the first region in a piston axial direction. The outer diameter of the first region is larger than the inner diameter of the region of the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder that faces the second region.
Caliper for vehicle brake
A caliper for a vehicle brake may include: a caliper body assembly coupled to a torque cover having a friction pad installed therein, and having a first installation groove and a coupling groove connected to the first installation groove; a plate disposed so as to face the caliper body assembly, and including a second installation insertion coupled to the first installation groove and having a first coupling hole facing the coupling groove; a spacer disposed between the caliper body assembly and the plate, maintaining a gap between the caliper body assembly and the plate using an elastic force, and having a second coupling hole facing the first coupling hole; and a fastener coupled to the coupling groove through the second coupling hole and the first coupling hole.
