Removing leakage in a quantum bit
Apparatus and methods for removing leakage from a qubit. In one aspect, an apparatus includes one or more qubits, wherein each qubit facilitates occupation of at least one of a plurality of qubit levels, the qubit levels including two computational levels and one or more non-computational levels that are each higher than the computational levels, wherein the qubit facilitates transitions between qubit levels associated with a corresponding transition frequency; a cavity, wherein the cavity defines a cavity frequency; one or more couplers coupling each qubit to the cavity; one or more couplers coupling the cavity to an environment external to the one or more qubits and the cavity; a frequency controller that controls the frequency of each qubit such that, for each qubit, the frequency of the qubit is adjusted relative to the cavity frequency such that a population of a non-computational level is transferred to the cavity.
Zagbag Board
This invention is used for general entertainment, skill building and general physical therapy.
The Zagbag Board is a 1624 game that can be played on multiple surfaces and in multiple positions. The game comes with 8/22 filled bags that are used to throw into the holes on the face of the board, in a Z pattern, to obtain points to win the game. The Zagbag Board can be played in a multitude of settings and is durably constructed for long lasting indoor and outdoor play. Zagbag Boards are available in stock themes or they can be custom made to suit the individual.
GAME SYSTEM AND METHOD OF PLAYING IT
A game system comprises two game boards, each game board having a front and a back; each game board comprising a first shelf in the front that runs the width of each game board above the bottom, the first shelf comprising six vertical boards, forming five slots, each slot having points assigned to it; each of the six vertical boards comprising a rounded bevel on a top leading edge of each of the six vertical boards; each game board comprising a second shelf centered below the top at the front of each game board, the second shelf having point assigned to it.
And a method of playing a game using the game system.
Game kit and assembly
A game kit, including a generally rectangular box portion defining a recess, the box portion further including a case portion and a cover portion hingedly connected thereto, a generally flat support member hingedly connected to the case portion, a lockable armature assembly operationally connected to the generally flat support member and to the case portion, a first pipe operationally connected to the cover portion, a pair of ancillary pipes connected to the cover portion, wherein each respective ancillary pipe is positioned opposite the first pipe from the other respective ancillary pipe and wherein each ancillary pipe is equidistant from the first pipe, and a plurality of bean bags. The cover portion is pivotably connected to the case portion and pivotable between a closed position parallel to and engaging the case portion and an open position parallel to and extending away from the case portion. The case portion placed on a generally flat surface, pivoting the first cover portion away from the case portion and into a generally vertical orientation and pivoting the support member away from the case portion and locking the armature assembly deploys the first and ancillary pipes in a generally vertical orientation for receiving tossed bags.
DART THROWING GAME SYSTEM
A dart throwing game system for wirelessly communicating with multiple players includes a dart throwing game including a dartboard having a front surface and a plurality of darts being removably couplable to the dartboard. A monitor and scoreboard assembly monitors the dart throwing game and displays a score from the dart throwing game and is wirelessly communicable with at least one other assembly. The monitor and scoreboard assembly comprises a monitor tracking a position of each dart on the dartboard and recording the score of the dart throwing game. A display is mountable to a wall and receives the score from the monitor, wherein the display displays the score of the dart throwing game.
Enclosed miniature disc-golf court and method of play
An enclosed disc-golf court (10) with multiple holes (24). Each hole has a disc throwing lane (32) between a tee-off area (26) and a target basket (30). Boundary walls (36) on each side of the lane extend from a floor (14) to or near a roof (16). At least one hole has an obstacle (52A-M) partially blocking the lane. A player attempts to manually throw a disc (28) through an unblocked area (56, 60) in or beside the obstacle to hit the target basket. At least one target basket may have a sheath (62) that blocks entry of the disc except through a disc-access hole (66) in the sheath. A player can try repeatedly from where the disc lands after each throw until it enters the target basket up to a maximum number of tries per hole. The lowest score among multiple players wins a round.

Therapeutic game for stroke survivors improving fine and gross motor skill
The present invention provides a therapeutic game for holistically engaging people who have had a stroke or other brain injury in gross and fine motor skill activities. The therapeutic game is a self-contained set of objects that can be placed on or in a set of targets. Targets can be openings within a container in which to drop or toss the objects. A target can be a daisy support with a base, stem, and receptacle removably attachable to the stem on which or in which an object can be placed. A scoring system can also be used mark progress and to engage the mental powers as well as the physical powers.
Tabletop disc game assembly
A tabletop disc game assembly including at least one target including a sheet of a material, the sheet including a first side edge, a second side edge displaced from and substantially parallel with the first side edge, a fastening means operatively arranged to abut the first side edge against the second side edge, a substantially planar top side edge connecting the first side edge and the second side edge and a substantially planar bottom side edge displaced from and substantially parallel with the top side edge, the bottom side edge including a cut out. When the sheet of material is fastened, the target is operatively arranged to be positioned upright on a flat surface and to receive a projectile. A flexible member is used to slide or launch the projectile toward an opposing facing target for points; the first team to earn a pre-determined amount of points wins.
