Connector
A connector including: a first buffer member that includes a spiral-shaped wire in a plan view; a second buffer member that has a substantially annular and flat plate-like shape, and that is capable of warping in a thickness direction; a collar member that includes a cylindrical portion surrounded by the first buffer member and the second buffer member, a first flange facing a radially inner side of the first buffer member, and a second flange facing a radially inner side of the second buffer member; and a coupling member that includes a first holder section holding radially outer sides of the first buffer member and the second buffer member, a second holder section holding the shielding body, and a coupling member base portion.
Turnbuckle-style support strut with tunable stiffness
A turnbuckle-style support strut with tunable stiffness, wherein the turnbuckle-style support strut uses opposing stacks comprised of one or more Belleville spring washers to provide the tunable stiffness to support a given application.
Turnbuckle-style support strut with tunable stiffness
A turnbuckle-style support strut with tunable stiffness, wherein the turnbuckle-style support strut uses opposing stacks comprised of one or more Belleville spring washers to provide the tunable stiffness to support a given application.
SELF-RETAINING SPRING FOR FLAT-WIPING CONTACTS
A leaf spring for a flat-wiping connector includes a front section having a first surface corresponding to a plane, the front section further including a front edge configured to connect the leaf spring to the flat-wiping connector. The leaf spring further includes a rear section having a second surface angled with respect to the plane corresponding to the first surface of the front section. The rear section further includes a third surface connected to the second surface and oriented at an angle with respect to the second surface. At least a portion of an edge of the rear section is configured to interact with a positive stop of a connector housing to lock the leaf spring within the connector housing upon insertion of the leaf spring into the connector housing.

Suspension spring
An ortho-planar spring/flexure, a suspension assembly having such a flexure, and a vibration energy harvester including such a suspension assembly, suitable for long term usage in harsh vibrational environments. The flexure provides one or more slots to thereby create parallel springs with a smaller width that will have much lower stress levels when subjected to longitudinal vibrations or shock waves creating large shear forces, and still have a one piece flexure for easy mounting.
Mounting
An improved shock isolating mounting comprising at least three substantially U-shaped leaf spring members, each leaf spring member comprising at least two leafs arranged to define a space therebetween. In one arrangement, the respective at least three substantially U-shaped leaf spring members are arranged in an array having a substantially equal angular spacing between adjacent spring members.
Resilient Coupling Element for a Motor Vehicle Having At Least One Coupling Element
A resilient coupling element for a motor vehicle, which is to be placed between an energy store housing structure and a passenger compartment floor structure, is made of a spring sheet or plate. A motor vehicle having an energy store housing structure and a passenger compartment floor structure, includes the coupling element of the aforementioned kind being effective between the energy store housing structure and the passenger compartment floor structure.
Spring element
A spring element that includes one or more loop portions. Each loop portion provides vibration isolation characteristics for the spring element. One or more fastening portions of the spring element enable the fastening or connecting of the spring element to one or more structures. A ratio of a longitudinal measure of each loop portion to a transverse measure of the spring element is between 7.5 and 500. A pair of loop portions may be integrally joined together at a middle section to form a continuous loop. A pair of fastening portions may be integrally joined to opposing sides of the middle section, respectively. One of the fastening portions may be connected to a first structure and the other one of the fastening portions may be connected to a second structure.
Battery module, and battery pack and vehicle comprising the same
Disclosed is a battery module, which includes a plurality of battery cells disposed to face each other and arranged side by side at least in a first direction, a module cover configured to accommodate the plurality of battery cells and formed to have at least one open side, and a pair of buffering members located between one side of a battery cell located at an outermost side in the first direction among the plurality of battery cells and a side of the module cover so that at least a part thereof is in contact with the sides of the battery cells and the module cover, respectively, wherein the buffering member is a leaf spring having at least one bent portion.
