Damping force controlling shock absorber
A damping force variable shock absorber of the present disclosure is disclosed. The damping force variable shock absorber includes a cylinder having an inner tube and an outer tube filled with a fluid, a housing coupled to a lower end of a piston rod located inside of the inner tube and forming a connection passage therein, a magnet member provided inside the housing, a plunger moving by magnetic force of the magnet member, a first piston valve coupled to the outside of the housing to divide a compression chamber from a rebound chamber, and a second piston valve provided in the housing, wherein the connection passage is provided such that at least a part of the fluid flowing toward the first piston valve is bypassed to the second piston valve side by the opening and closing of the plunger.
ADJUSTABLE BLEED VALVE ASSEMBLY FOR SHOCK ABSORBER
The present disclosure relates to an adjustable bleed valve assembly for a shock absorber. The bleed valve assembly includes: a first adjustable bleed valve, and a second adjustable bleed valve arranged in series with the first adjustable bleed valve, wherein the first adjustable bleed valve and the second adjustable bleed valve are each pressure independently adjustable between a first open state and a second open state, wherein each adjustable bleed valve is adapted to throttle a damping fluid in the piston rod more in the second open state than in the first open state, wherein the first adjustable bleed valve and the second adjustable bleed valve are each adjustable between the first open state and the second open state independently from one another. An adjustment device and a method for adjusting the bleed valve assembly is also provided.

The present disclosure relates to an adjustable bleed valve assembly for a shock absorber. The bleed valve assembly includes: a first adjustable bleed valve, and a second adjustable bleed valve arranged in series with the first adjustable bleed valve, wherein the first adjustable bleed valve and the second adjustable bleed valve are each pressure independently adjustable between a first open state and a second open state, wherein each adjustable bleed valve is adapted to throttle a damping fluid in the piston rod more in the second open state than in the first open state, wherein the first adjustable bleed valve and the second adjustable bleed valve are each adjustable between the first open state and the second open state independently from one another. An adjustment device and a method for adjusting the bleed valve assembly is also provided.

A switching valve for an air spring arrangement of a motor vehicle, which switching valve has a valve housing arrangement which, in the installed state, is arranged between a first air volume and a second air volume. A valve closing member arrangement is actuatable by an actuator is provided such that the valve closing member arrangement, in a first position, fluidically connects the first air volume to the second air volume and, in a second position, fluidically separates the first air volume from the second air volume. The valve closing member arrangement is designed as a rotary slide arrangement. A rotary slide member with first openings is provided between two valve closing bodies, wherein, in the first position, the first openings correspond with second openings of the valve closing body such that a fluidic connection can be produced between the first and the second air volume.

The control body houses at least one damping valve including a damping plate having holes suitable to allow a calibrated passage of the hydraulic fluid channelled by the first and second sheaths towards the control body; the control body houses a control valve connected to actuator means to be movable, in a regulation stroke, from an unlocked position, in which it does not interfere with the upper duct to a locked position, wherein the upper duct is occluded.
COMPRESSION ISOLATOR FOR A SUSPENSION DAMPER
A method and apparatus for a damper. The damper comprises a fluid chamber having a piston dividing the chamber into a compression and rebound sides, a reservoir in fluid communication with the compression side of the chamber, and an isolator disposed between the compression side and the reservoir, whereby the isolator obstructs fluid flow between the compression side and the reservoir. In one embodiment, a bypass provides a fluid path between the compression side and the isolator.
