An active suspension system with body wearable device integration is disclosed. The system includes a prosthetic having a shock assembly with at least one active valve and a controller communicatively coupled with the at least one active valve of the shock assembly, the controller configured to communicate damping adjustment information to the at least one active valve of the shock assembly, the damping adjustment information used by said at least one active valve to modify a damping characteristic of the shock assembly.

The active lock further includes a locking system motor connected to the seal to transition the active lock between the sealed state and the unsealed state, a battery providing power to the locking system motor, and an antenna for receiving instructions controlling the locking system motor.

The raised cooling pattern is comprised of one or more fins, wherein the raised cooling pattern is configured to provide for heat transfer from hydraulic fluid within the cavity of the cylinder cavity to an environment external to the shock absorber body assembly. The raised cooling pattern includes one or more cooling fins that extend along a length of the cylinder in a straight line and extend outwardly from the cylinder wall in an orthogonal direction, a cooling lattice mesh, or a cooling gyroid mesh.
