A rubber composition for anti-vibration rubber comprising, based on 100 parts by weight of ethylene-propylene-diene-based copolymer rubber (EPDM): (A) 32 to 60 parts by weight of carbon black A having an average particle diameter of 60 to 100 nm, an iodine absorption amount of 14 to 23 g/kg, and a DBP oil absorption amount of 100 ml/100 g or more; (B) 10 to 30 parts by weight of carbon black B having an average particle diameter of 40 to 50 nm, an iodine absorption amount of 35 to 49 g/kg, and a DBP oil absorption amount of 100 to 160 ml/100 g; (C) 2 to 10 parts by weight of ethylene-α-olefin copolymer; and (D) 0 to 16 parts by weight of silica. The rubber composition for anti-vibration rubber that has low dynamic magnification (small increase in elastic modulus associated with an increase in rubber deformation rate), excellent durability (bearing force against breakage due to repeated deformation of rubber), excellent heat resistance, etc., and that can be effectively used as a vulcanization molding material for a center bearing support, etc.

Elastic bearing

An elastic bearing, in particular for the suspension of a load, is provide that comprises at least one elastic body that has at least two bending beams and at least two receiving openings for receiving coupling elements, wherein at least one of the at least two bending beams is connected to at least one articulated section, and at least one reinforcement that is embedded in the at least one elastic body. The reinforcement extends at least into the at least two bending beams, wherein the reinforcement extends at least essentially linearly into the at least two bending beams in at least one predetermined section of the particular bending beam. The at least two bending beams each have at least one supporting point that ensures the at least essentially linear course of the reinforcement in the predetermined section.

Elastic bush and motor using same

An elastic bush and an electric motor using the elastic bush are proposed. The elastic bush includes a bush body having in a central portion thereof a coupling hole into which a rotating shaft is inserted, a circular separation plate spaced apart from an end of the bush body in an extending direction of the rotating shaft and coming into close contact with a neighboring associated component, and a plurality of connecting legs each connected at both ends thereof to the bush body and the separation plate, and elastically deformed to vary a relative distance between the bush body and the separation plate. An entire length of the elastic bush is varied through elastic deformation. Therefore, a gap between two components located on both sides of the elastic bush, such as a front bush and an armature assembly, may be more effectively reduced.

A reinforcing vibration-damping material that includes a reinforcing material and a vibration-damping material disposed on the reinforcing material in a thickness direction of the reinforcing material. The vibration-damping material has a first portion that overlaps the reinforcing material in the thickness direction and a second portion that does not overlap the reinforcing material in the thickness direction. When the reinforcing vibration-damping material is attached to the object, the reinforcing material is adhered to the object and the second portion of the vibration-damping material is also adhered to the object so that the vibration-damping material suppresses the downward displacement of the reinforcing material.
