Spring strut support mount
The invention is directed to a spring strut support mount, including a damper element and a mount housing having a first and a second housing member, wherein the housing members can be threadably engaged by a thread so as to encompass the damping element. The housing members have a detent arrangement which permits a screwing action but prevents a loosening of the thread connection. The invention provides for improving a spring strut support mount such that the housing members cannot loosen from one another during operation. The housing members have a detent arrangement which permits a screwing action but prevents a loosening of the thread connection.
Damping valve, in particular for a vibration damper
A damping valve includes a damping valve body having at least one throughflow orifice which is at least partially covered by at least one valve disk by the action of a closing force. At least one spring body exerts an opening force on the valve disk that is less than the closing force. The at least one spring body is constructed as an elastomeric body separately from the control edge.
Press-on composite bumper to composite piston
An air spring includes a composite bumper, a composite piston, a flexible bellow and an upper end cap member. The composite piston has a first end which includes a plurality of rigid portions and a plurality of adjacently positioned cantilever snap joints for receiving and securing the composite bumper. The composite bumper includes an inner wall having a surface shape for securely engaging the plurality of rigid portions and the plurality of cantilever snap joints. The first end of the composite piston further includes a piston housing surface upon which an outer surface of the composite bumper nests against. The flexible bellow is sealingly attached to the composite piston and the upper end cap member. The flexible bellow, the upper end cap member, and the composite piston together form a fluid tight chamber, and the composite bumper is contained within the fluid tight chamber.
SHOCK ABSORBER OF GIMBAL, GIMBAL ASSEMBLY, AND MOVABLE PHOTOGRAPHING DEVICE
A gimbal assembly includes a gimble, a connection shaft and a shock absorber. One end of the connection shaft is connected to the gimbal. The shock absorber includes an inner support member, an outer support member sleeved outside the inner support member, and an elastic member. Two ends of the elastic member are connected to the outer support member and the inner support member, respectively. One of the inner support member and the outer support member is configured to be fixed to a movable device. Another one of the inner support member and the outer support member is configured to be fixed to another end of the connection shaft.
Two piece plastic dirt shield for shock absorbers
A dirt shield for shock absorbers having a piston assembly and a cylinder member with a metal dirt shield cap connected to a rod of the piston assembly. A plastic dirt shield bracket is adapted to be fixed to the metal dirt shield cap and includes a first portion and a second portion hingedly connected to one another. A dirt shield tube is connected to the plastic dirt shield bracket.
FASTENING ELEMENT AND DECOUPLING ASSEMBLY
A fastening element and a decoupling assembly, the fastening element for add-on parts connected to a body structure of a motor vehicle, a method for producing the de-coupling assembly and assembling it.
ANTI-VIBRATION DEVICE
An anti-vibration sleeve comprising an inner strength member and an outer strength member connected by an elastomeric body. Two hydraulic chambers, defined between the elastomeric body and the outer strength member, are connected by a throttled channel and by a bypass channel which is normally closed by a flap belonging to the elastomeric body. An intermediate strength member, embedded in the elastomeric body, has two rings connected by a first spacing member disposed in register with the bypass channel. The first spacing member has two supporting portions separated by an opening which is in register with the flap.
Damper unit, a damper assembly, methods of making a damper unit and a damper assembly
A damper unit for use in a vibration-reducing assembly for a steering wheel is disclosed. An elastomeric damper element is molded on an inner sleeve and includes a plurality of elastomeric ribs forming a radially outer engagement surface, and a plurality of elastomeric support studs, which are mutually spaced in a circumferential direction are flexible in all directions transverse to said axis. Methods for making a damper unit and a damper assembly are also disclosed.
TOP SUSPENSION MOUNT COMPRISING A SECURING ELEMENT IN RELATION TO A VEHICLE BODY, ASSEMBLY COMPRISING SUCH A MOUNT, AND PROCESS FOR JOINING SUCH A MOUNT TO A VEHICLE BODY
Vehicle top suspension mount comprising an anti-vibratory block housed in casing. The casing may comprise at least one securing element movable between an assembly position and a securing position. The securing element may be configured to block, in the securing position, the vehicle top suspension mount in relation to a vehicle body when the vehicle top suspension mount is joined to said vehicle body.
