CYLINDER DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CYLINDER DEVICE
A bracket of a cylinder device includes: a tubular portion having a C-shaped cross section, holding an outer periphery of the outer shell, and having a slit in a front portion; and a pair of mounting portions and protruding outward in the radial direction from both ends of the tubular portion in the circumferential direction. The tubular portion includes a hole formed to permit insertion of the protrusion, from at least one side portion to the back portion of the tubular portion.
Flexible organic light-emitting display (OLED) and spring component
Provided herein are a flexible organic light-emitting display (OLED) and a spring component. The film layers are pulled one on one by spring components to make the film layers flat when being unfolded and free of irreversible deformation when being folded. A lubricating layer is disposed between adjacent film layers so that the action force between the adjacent film layers is reduced, thereby making the flexible organic light-emitting display (OLED) flat and free of creases when being unfolded.
Damper with two-piece shell
A shock absorber pressure tube defining a working chamber is provided. A piston assembly coupled to a piston rod is slidably disposed in the pressure tube and divides the working chamber into upper and lower working chambers. A reserve tube surrounds the pressure tube to define a reserve chamber. A base valve assembly, position at one end of the pressure tube, controls fluid flow between the lower working chamber and the reserve chamber. The reserve tube comprises first and second open shells that are joined together at longitudinal seams to create a substantially cylindrical shape. The first and second open shells may be made from patchwork blanks, tailor welded blanks, tailor rolled blanks, or tailor heat treated blanks to give different portions of the first and second open shells different thicknesses, strengths, properties, or characteristics.
Weather resistant pipeline vibration dampener connector system utilizing arctic grade rubber
A damper that is made up of a number of dampening members that have a flexible core that is covered with an arctic grade rubber cover. Each dampening member is then attached to links that make up the damper chain. The steel core is made of steel wire that is fitted with a bolt at each end. The cover is placed over the steel core and is then sealed with end covers that are glued in place. Each end cover has a hole to receive a fastener that first passes through a link and then into the bolt at the end of the steel core. In this way, a strong, yet flexible damper chain is formed that is able to stand up to the harshest weather conditions for a long life.
Damper assembly
A damper assembly includes a damper, an accumulator, and a tube mount. The damper includes a tube having an outer surface. The tube defines a central axis and a first cavity in the outer surface. The accumulator has an end defining a second cavity. The accumulator defines a longitudinal axis. The tube mount is attached to the outer surface of the tube around the first cavity. The tube includes a damper fluid. The end of the accumulator is supported by the tube mount to allow the damper fluid to flow from the tube through the first cavity and into the accumulator through the second cavity. The longitudinal axis of the accumulator is transverse to the central axis of the tube.
SUPPORT FOR HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE, AND HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE
A support for household appliance includes a hydraulic plate which is fixed to the bottom of the household appliance; a sheath, which is fixedly connected with the hydraulic plate; a regulating support, which is arranged in the sheath and is axially movable relative to the sheath; an accommodation chamber, which is formed by the hydraulic plate, the sheath and the regulating support; and a flexible accommodation body, which accommodates a liquid medium and is arranged in the accommodation chamber. The flexible accommodation body extends and retracts to drive the regulating support to axially move in the sheath for leveling under the action of pressure. The hydraulic plate and the sheath can be rapidly, reliably and fixedly connected, the requirements on the strength of connection between the hydraulic plate and the sheath are lowered, and the essential space and height required by the connection are further lowered.
Drive system having an absorber arrangement which is provided therein
A drive arrangement having an internal combustion engine, a transmission device with a power input and a power output, having an electric motor or converter which comprises a rotor, for the output of a drive torque to the power input of the transmission device is provided. An absorber arrangement is provided for rotation about a central axis for the reduction of the degree of irregularity of the rotational drive movement of the internal combustion engine, which rotational drive movement is introduced into the transmission device at the power input thereof. The absorber arrangement comprises a first carrier part, a second carrier part, a plurality of absorber masses which follow one another in the circumferential direction, and a coupling mechanism, for the movement of the absorber masses in a radial plane with respect to the central axis in accordance with a relative rotation of the carrier parts with respect to one another.
Damping valve for a vibration damper
A damping valve includes a damping valve body with at least one through-channel, the outlet cross section of which is at least partially covered by at least one valve disk. The at least one valve disk is preloaded by at least two star springs. Each star spring has a support ring and a quantity of radial spring arms. The support rings lie one on top of the other in the installed position. The star springs are layered in opposite orientation such that the spring arms of at least two adjacent star springs face in the same direction with respect to the valve disk, and this star spring package has an anti-rotation element in an assembled position.
Fluid damper device and apparatus with damper
The fluid damper device (10) includes a rotor (30) inserted into a case (20) in a bottomed tube shape and a cover (60) fixed to an opening part (29) of the case (20). The inner peripheral face of the case (20) is formed with the welding protruded part (80) welded to the cover (60) in a part in a circumferential direction. As the flow-out prevention part (90), a second flow-out prevention part (92) is formed on the inner peripheral side of the welding protruded part (80) on the other side (L2) in the axial line (L) direction with respect to the welding range (X). A circular arc-shaped step face (76) functioning as a flow-out restriction part (95) is provided on the other side (L2) in the axial line (L) direction of the second flow-out prevention part (92) and the projected resin is restricted from reaching to the O-ring (49).
