BELLOWS-TYPE AIR SPRING
A convoluted bellows air spring having at least one belt ring, wherein the convoluted bellows air spring is tiltable about a pivot axis. The invention was based on the object of creating a convoluted bellows air spring for kinematic applications with tiltings, which even in unfavorable situations can nevertheless be operated in conformity with specifications and reliably during tilting of the connection parts, by reliably preventing buckling. This object is achieved in that the belt ring, or if there are a number of belt rings the belt rings, is or are respectively articulated by means of a lever, wherein the articulating pivot axis of the respective lever differs from the pivot axis of the convoluted bellows air spring.
ROTATABLE BUSHING
Generally described, aspects of the disclosed subject matter are directed to a rotatable bushing, such as, for example, a bushing for use in automotive suspension and steering joints. The rotatable bushing includes a housing, an elastomeric portion engaging the outer surface of the housing, and a sleeve positioned within the housing. The sleeve is configured to rotate with respect to the housing and generally includes a central bore for receiving a rod or fastener therethrough. The elastomeric portion is configured to deflect such that the sleeve is moveable in at least one of an axial direction and a radial direction with respect to an outer surface of the elastomeric portion.
VIBRATION DAMPING LINK AND METHOD THEREFORE
A vibration damper including a frame having at least a first cavity, a frame first end and a frame second end spaced from the frame first end; a shaft slidably coupled to and extending into the frame where the shaft extends through the first cavity; a first vibration isolator disposed within the first cavity where the shaft extends through the first vibration isolator so as to capture the first vibration isolator within the first cavity where the first vibration isolator interfaces with the frame second end; and a second vibration isolator disposed on the shaft, where the shaft extends through the second vibration isolator so as to capture the second vibration isolator on the shaft where the second vibration isolator interfaces with the frame second end opposite the first vibration isolator, where the first vibration isolator and the second vibration isolator act only in compression.
Adjustable anti-vibration rubber assembly for a cardan shaft
An adjustable anti-vibration rubber assembly for the cardan shaft. The assembly includes radial bases (4) and tightening plates (5) that adjust the functionality of a metal frame (3) of an assembly.
