Each of the first base-side coil springs includes a first effective turn portion, a first fixed pin portion supported in the first base, and a first movable pin portion supported in the weight member. Each of the second base-side coil springs includes a second effective turn portion, a second fixed pin portion supported in the second base, and a second movable pin portion supported in the weight member.
SUSPENSION ARRAY AND CLOTHES TREATING APPARATUS INCLUDING THE SAME
A suspension array includes a support rod, an elastic member wound around the support rod, a housing supported by the elastic member and including a compartment surrounding the support rod, the support rod being coupled to the housing while penetrating the housing in the longitudinal direction, a friction member installed inside the housing to cause friction with the support rod when the friction member in the compartment is displaced, and a cap penetrated in the longitudinal direction by the support rod and coupled with the housing to cover the compartment, wherein the support rod penetrates the cap along the longitudinal direction and wherein the housing includes one or more first holes configured to discharge, to the outside, condensate generated in an inner space defined by the coupling between the cap and the housing.
Torque impact mitigator for power tong
According to the present invention, there is disclosed a torque impact mitigator including a hydraulic cylinder having a compression end and a rebound end. A piston rod mounted to the piston and extends out from the hydraulic cylinder through the first end cap. A compression spring is compressed when the piston rod is moved out of the hydraulic cylinder and in a relaxed state when the piston rod is moved towards a second end cap. Bores through the piston allow the passage of hydraulic fluid from the rebound end to the compression end of the cylinder. A relief valve is secured to the piston within the rebound end to momentarily reduce the pressure of the hydraulic fluid caused by an instantaneous hydraulic pressure increase due to the initial movement of the piston from the rebound end to the compression end.
Hollow spring member and hollow spring member production method
A hollow spring member and hollow spring member production method can be provided, which can save the time and energy necessary for carburization, thus requiring no dedicated carburizing furnace or the like for carburization, and further can make the interior space of a steel tube a rust-prevention atmosphere. A hollow stabilizer for a vehicle includes a steel tube sealed at one end and another end thereof and a carburizing gas sealed in the interior space of the steel tube.
VIBRATION ISOLATION STRUCTURE OF LINEAR OSCILLATORY MOTOR AND STIRLING ENGINE
The disclosure provides a vibration isolation structure for linear oscillating motor and Stirling engine, wherein the said vibration isolation structure comprises a first vibration isolation device and a second vibration isolation device. The first vibration isolation device is set between the fixed hood and the housing of the linear oscillating motor to attenuate the high-frequency and small-amplitude vibrations from the linear oscillating motor. The first vibration isolation device comprises a first set of tension springs and a second set of tension springs, and a lateral gap is formed between the fixed hood and the linear oscillating motor. The second vibration isolation device is set in the said lateral gap to attenuate the low-frequency and large-amplitude vibrations from the linear oscillating motor. The second vibration isolation device comprises at least two sets of position-limiting protrusions and position-limiting blocks, and the position-limiting protrusion and position-limiting block are set in a match at the linear oscillating motor and the fixed hood respectively or reversely. Also disclosed is a Stirling engine assembled with a linear oscillating motor that comprising with an aforementioned vibration isolation structure. The vibration isolation structure improves the stability of the reciprocating linear oscillating motor and the Stirling engine, and reduces mechanical vibrations and noises.
Vibration-shock energy absorption device using composite tube, and building vibration control device using same
The present invention provides a device configured to effectively absorb repeated shock energy such as a vibration shock by using a composite tube, and the present invention has advantageous effects in that the shock energy caused by a tensile or compressive shock load may be effectively absorbed by the composite tube, and the shock energy absorption device may be applied to a building and used as a vibration control device capable of preparing for repeated earthquakes.
COIL SPRING ASSEMBLY
A seat member has a seat portion, a receiving surface of which comes into contact with a bearing surface of an end turn portion, a mounting shaft portion protruded from the receiving surface of the seat portion, and an enlarged diameter portion formed at the front end of the mounting shaft portion for guiding press-fitting, in a cross section along an axial direction of a coil spring, an outer diameter of the enlarged diameter portion is set larger than an inner diameter of the end turn portion and an axial length of the enlarged diameter portion is set so that at least a maximum diagonal length of the seat member is larger than an inter-element wire distance.
SPRING APPARATUS

Exercise systems for use with tools having weighted masses that are swung to make holes in roofs, walls and doors
An exercise system for use with tools having weighted masses includes a housing having an upper end and a lower end, and a strike post having an upper end that is located above the upper end of said housing and a lower end that is located between the upper and lower ends of the housing. The strike post is configured to move along a vertical axis that extends between the upper and lower ends of the housing. A shock absorbing pad overlies the upper end of the strike post. A spring assembly is disposed between the lower end of the strike post and the lower end of the housing. During a physical exercise session, the shock absorbing pad is hit with a toll having a weighted mass to apply an impact force, which is transferred through the strike post to the spring assembly for compressing the spring assembly.
