Transmission belt
The present invention relates to a transmission belt providing a belt member, and at least one RFID tag attached to the belt member, the at least one RFID tag including an integrated circuit, and an antenna connected to the integrated circuit for transmitting a signal indicative of a state of the transmission belt. The signal indicative of the state of the transmission belt is determined on the basis of a current deflection of the antenna.
TOOTHED BELT
A toothed belt includes an uneven surface formed due to a weave pattern of a woven fabric or a knit loop pattern of a knitted fabric at a tooth bottom portion between toothed portions.

Co-formed conveyor belt apparatus and process
A co-formed composite conveyor belt having a flat belt component, a plurality of reinforcing cords, a timing component, and a reinforced netting component, all co-formed together in one integral belt having a single pitch line. The timing component includes first and second adjacent rows of obliquely angled teeth. Additional, optional material layers can be co-formed therewith including for wear resistance and conveying functions. Co-forming apparatus and methods are disclosed.
REINFORCED-ELASTOMER ARTICLE WITH MICROPOROUS POLYMERIC FILM
A reinforced elastomeric article with a film layer having a microporous matrix of ultra-high-molecular-weight polyolefin compounded with a siliceous filler. The article may be a belt, hose, tire or the like. The film layer may reside on a contact surface or other surface of the article or may be embedded within the elastomeric article.
Belt having a multilayer impregnated textile overlay
A power transmission belt having a base made of polyurethane and a textile overlay includes a first coating of a first thermoplastic material on the surface of the textile overlay. The first coating forms an impregnation, which has a melting temperature from 80 C. to approximately 145 C., penetrates at least partially into the textile. A second thermoplastic material on the first coating has a higher melting point. The first and second coatings can be applied successively to the textile overlay before casting of the polyurethane or can be overlaid as individual films or as a multi-layer film, and they may be applied to the textile overlay by heat and pressure. The coating acts to reduce abrasion and prevents the through passage of the belt polyurethane.
