CONNECTOR LOCKING WIRE OPERATION MECHANISM CAPABLE OF BUFFERING IMPACT OF PUSH ROD
20220115792 · 2022-04-14 ·

A connector locking wire operation mechanism capable of buffering an impact of a push rod. The mechanism comprises a device body (4). A push rod (1) which is rotatably connected along an arc-shaped track (5), and a cam (2) which rotates about a circular hole (12), can be mounted on the body (4). The push rod (1) has a sector-shaped notch (6) on an inner side thereof and is capable of accommodating the cam (2) and leaving an extra space. The push rod (1) and the cam (2) cooperate with each other, and both can rotate around a common rotation axis thereof. The two sides of the cam (2) are in contact with the push rod (1) and an elastic piece (3), respectively, and the cam (2) is pushed to rotate by rotating the push rod (1). Rotation of the cam (2) can press down and lock the elastic piece (3), and a locking wire hole of the elastic piece (3) is completely opened. By rotating the push rod (1) toward the other direction and pushing the cam (2) to release the elastic piece (3), the locking wire hole of the elastic piece (3) is locked. The mechanism is used to solve the technical problem of causing injury to a person due to a rebound instant impact being too large.

ROPE TIE

A hand-held rope tie is operable to releasably hold one or more portions of a rope. Pivotally connected arm members accommodate and hold the rope portions with a selected clamping pressure. The rope tie is adjustable to tightly grip and clamp onto the rope without slippage of the rope through the arms when desired.

Adjustable bungee fastener

The bungee fastener has a tapered chute that accepts a locking slider. A channel forms an opening in a side of the body thereby allowing passage of the slider through the channel. A plurality of slider teeth along a portion of the slider within the tapered chute may lock onto a bungee when the slider is slid into a locked position. The slider moves along the channel, thereby selectively narrowing the tapered chute with the slider teeth as the slider is slid into the locked position and enlarging the tapered chute as the slider is slid into the unlocked position. The bungee fastener may include a single slider or a plurality of sliders.

Spring lace ratcheting device

The Lace Ratchet System (LRS) is a parallel configuration of two Lace Ratchet Devices (LRD) which facilitate two laces fastening. The LRD has two states: “active” and “inactive”. In the active state the device works as unidirectional lace ratchet allowing the lace to be pulled forwards but restricting any lace motion backwards. After fastening the lace remains fastened until the LRD is switched into inactive state by manually releasing a latch. Each LRD has a turning gate rotatably installed diagonally in a channel with a sharp metallic front end. A resilient plate serves as preloaded spring that keeps the LRD in active position when the spring is not released. The LRD's smooth front end side and smooth channels' floors minimize lace wear. The LRS can be coupled with a clamp which clamps the laces' front ends to prevent dangling. The entire LRS except the blades is made of plastic.

Compliant Hanger Assembly

Here is disclosed a boat hook mooring tool for grasping a rope on a flat deck. The boat hook consists of an elongated handle having a long axis, and opposite first and second ends with a head co-axially mounted to the elongated handle at the first end. The head has a hook which extends away from the head and is positioned perpendicularly relative to the long axis of the handle such that the rope can be captured by the hook by rotating the handle.

A hand-held rope tie is operable to releasably hold two side-by-side portions of a rope. Pivotally connected arm members accommodate and hold the rope portions with a selected clamping pressure. The clamping pressure can be adjusted to create drag or resistance on the rope pulled through the arm members during horse pull-backs to relieve horse panic. Rope tie is also adjustable to tightly grip the rope without slippage of the rope through the arms when desired.
