The rope winder is rotatably connected to the mounting base. A driven portion in transmission connection with the driving portion is provided on the rope winder. The rotating axis of the driving portion and the rotating axis of the driven portion are collinear. Also provided is an article having the rope adjusting device.

METHODS FOR SHORTENING A LINE, EXTRACTING STUCK VEHICLES, BELAYING OBJECTS, JOINING LINES TOGETHER AND FORMING A V-BRIDLE USING A DEVICE
20210231193 · 2021-07-29 ·

A device for use with one or more lines that includes a unitary rigid body having an annular portion surrounding a central opening and at least four finger sections that extend from the annular portion of the rigid body. A first finger section and a second finger section curve toward each other on one end of the rigid body and terminate in blunt tips that are spaced apart from each other by a gap. Similarly, a third finger section and a fourth finger section curve toward each other on an opposite end of the rigid body and terminate in blunt tips that are spaced apart from each other by a gap. The device maximizes the pulling strength of lines while reducing the possibility of line failure. Also disclosed are methods of using the device for shortening a line, belaying an object, joining two lines together and for forming a V-bridle.

SUPPORT STRUCTURE FOR SUPPORTING A CABLE

A support structure is provided for supporting a cable. The support structure includes a body portion extending circumferentially about an axis. The body portion includes a first wall, a second wall extending substantially parallel to the first wall, and a third wall coupled between the first wall and the second wall. The first wall, the second wall, and the third wall define an opening extending along a circumferential length of the body portion. The body portion receives the cable within the opening. A retention structure is coupled to the first wall and projects from the first wall towards the second wall. The retention structure extends substantially parallel to the third wall. The retention structure retains the cable within the opening.

An apparatus that attaches an aesthetic or a functional object, serves bounding means, and is securable to flexible strand(s) is disclosed; such is significant, for example, when styling hair or adding a hook to a piece of yarn.

CONNECTION MEMBER AND A METHOD OF CONFIGURING SAID MEMBER
20210094159 · 2021-04-01 ·

A method of configuring a connection member. The connection member comprises a first end, a second end, and an intermediate portion between said ends. Each end comprises respective first and second insertion regions. In the operative state, first and second curved sections are arranged on opposite sides of each of the first and second ends. The first and second ends are movable to be arranged in the vicinity of each other, and abut against each other, and thereby form a lock over the intermediate portion. The connection member may be a loop formed of a flexible material or a flexible elongated body having a first end and a second end, separated by an intermediate portion and comprising at each end respective first and second insertion regions. The connection member may be formed from a rope having first and second ends formed by braiding or other technique.
