Two-speed drive module
A drive module with a hydraulic circuit that includes a reversible motor, a reversible pump driven by the reversible motor, a hydraulic reservoir, a first conduit coupling a first inlet/outlet of the reversible pump to the hydraulic reservoir, a second conduit coupling a second inlet/outlet of the reversible pump to the hydraulic reservoir, first and second hydraulic cylinders, and first and second one-way valves. The first hydraulic cylinder has a third inlet/outlet that is coupled to the first conduit between the reversible pump and the hydraulic reservoir. The second hydraulic cylinder has a fourth inlet/outlet that is coupled to the second conduit between the reversible pump and the hydraulic reservoir. The first one-way valve is disposed in the first hydraulic conduit between the first hydraulic cylinder and the reservoir. The second one-way valve is disposed in the second hydraulic conduit between the second hydraulic cylinder and the reservoir.
Two-speed transmission for electric vehicle
A two-speed transmission for a vehicle is provided including a planetary gear set selectively coupling an input shaft and an output shaft. The planetary gear set is configured to provide two forward gear ratios and neutral. The planetary gear set includes at least one sun gear, at least one pinion in meshing engagement with the sun gear, at least one ring gear meshingly engaged with the pinion, and a carrier. The carrier supports the pinion and is connected to the output shaft such that rotation of the carrier drives the output shaft. The two-speed transmission also includes one or more elements that rotatably couple different combinations of the sun gear, the pinion, the ring gear, the input shaft, and the carrier with one another or a ground. Such elements may include combinations of clutches, brakes, and dog clutches.
Two-speed transmission for electric vehicle
A two-speed transmission for a vehicle is provided including a planetary gear set selectively coupling an input shaft and an output shaft. The planetary gear set is configured to provide two forward gear ratios and neutral. The planetary gear set includes at least one sun gear, at least one pinion in meshing engagement with the sun gear, at least one ring gear meshingly engaged with the pinion, and a carrier. The carrier supports the pinion and is connected to the output shaft such that rotation of the carrier drives the output shaft. The two-speed transmission also includes one or more elements that rotatably couple different combinations of the sun gear, the pinion, the ring gear, the input shaft, and the carrier with one another or a ground. Such elements may include combinations of clutches, brakes, and dog clutches.
Power transmission apparatus
A power transmission apparatus includes a first meshing engagement mechanism that selectively couples a first rotational section and a second rotational section; and a second meshing engagement mechanism that selectively couples a third rotational section and a fourth rotational section. The first meshing engagement mechanism includes a first movable member provided with third meshing teeth that mesh with first meshing teeth provided on one of the first and the second rotational sections. The second meshing engagement mechanism includes a second movable member provided with fourth meshing teeth that mesh with second meshing teeth provided on one of the third and the fourth rotational sections. At least a portion of a first movable region of the third meshing teeth and at least a portion of a second movable region of the fourth meshing teeth overlap with each other in a radial direction with respect to a rotational axis.

A power transmission apparatus includes a first meshing engagement mechanism that selectively couples a first rotational section and a second rotational section; and a second meshing engagement mechanism that selectively couples a third rotational section and a fourth rotational section. The first meshing engagement mechanism includes a first movable member provided with third meshing teeth that mesh with first meshing teeth provided on one of the first and the second rotational sections. The second meshing engagement mechanism includes a second movable member provided with fourth meshing teeth that mesh with second meshing teeth provided on one of the third and the fourth rotational sections. At least a portion of a first movable region of the third meshing teeth and at least a portion of a second movable region of the fourth meshing teeth overlap with each other in a radial direction with respect to a rotational axis.

A power transmission apparatus for a vehicle may include a first input shaft selectively connectable to an engine output shaft, a second input shaft coaxial and selectively connectable to the first input shaft, a torque mediating shaft coaxial with the first input shaft, a first intermediate shaft in parallel with the first input shaft, a compound shifting section including a first planetary gear set having a sun gear fixed to the torque mediating shaft, a planet carrier fixed to the second input shaft, and a ring gear and a second planetary gear set having a sun gear fixedly to the first intermediate shaft, a ring gear selectively connectable to a transmission housing, and a planet carrier for outputting a torque, and a fixed shifting section receiving a torque from the compound shifting section and outputting a modified torque to the second sun gear of the compound shifting section.

CLUTCH SYSTEM FOR A TORQUE TRANSMISSION
A clutch system for a torque transmission. The clutch system includes a first rotatable unit connectable to an input, including at least one first abutment surface and a second rotatable unit connectable to an output, including at least one second abutment surface arranged for selectively engaging the first abutment surface. The first and second abutment surfaces being adapted to each other so as to allow disengaging under load. The system includes a third rotatable unit arranged for selectively being in a first position or a second position relative to the second rotatable unit, wherein at least one retaining member of the third rotatable unit selectively locks the at least one second abutment surface in engagement with the at least one first abutment surface for selectively rotationally coupling the second rotatable unit to the first rotatable unit.
CLUTCH SYSTEM FOR A TORQUE TRANSMISSION
A clutch system for a torque transmission. The clutch system includes a first rotatable unit connectable to an input, including at least one first abutment surface and a second rotatable unit connectable to an output, including at least one second abutment surface arranged for selectively engaging the first abutment surface. The first and second abutment surfaces being adapted to each other so as to allow disengaging under load. The system includes a third rotatable unit arranged for selectively being in a first position or a second position relative to the second rotatable unit, wherein at least one retaining member of the third rotatable unit selectively locks the at least one second abutment surface in engagement with the at least one first abutment surface for selectively rotationally coupling the second rotatable unit to the first rotatable unit.
ELECTRIC AXLE DRIVE DEVICE FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE, AND ASSOCIATED UTILITY VEHICLE
An electrical axle drive device includes at least one first electrical machine, which has a stator and a rotor rotatable around a machine axis of rotation relative to the stator. A gear unit is drivable by the first electrical machine having at least one first planetary gear stage drivable by the first electrical machine and at least one first spur gear stage drivable by the first electrical machine. The device also includes at least one drive wheel of the motor vehicle being able to be rotated around a wheel axis of rotation running parallel to the machine axis of rotation and being drivable by the first electrical machine via the gear unit. The first electrical machine is arranged at least partially on a first side of the longitudinal central plane with respect to a longitudinal central plane of the vehicle that is spanned by the vehicle vertical direction and the vehicle longitudinal direction and the first spur gear stage is arranged on a second side of the longitudinal central plane opposite the first side in the vehicle transverse direction.
