ACTUATING UNIT, BRAKE BOOSTER, VEHICLE BRAKE SYSTEM AND SUBASSEMBLY THEREFOR
An actuating unit for a brake booster of a vehicle is disclosed, the actuating unit having a housing and a force transmission module which is received displaceably in the housing. The force transmission module has a first force transmission element, a second force transmission element which is couplable or coupled to the first force transmission element so as to transmit force, a spring device which is couplable or coupled to the second force transmission element so as to transmit force and an actuating element which is couplable or coupled to the first force transmission element. The spring device is configured to exert a spring force on the first and/or second force transmission element such that the first and/or second force transmission element is able to be held at least temporarily in a predetermined initial position. The first and/or second force transmission element is adjustable from the initial position counter to the spring force of the spring device by an adjustment path by a force exerted and/or transmitted onto the first force transmission element. The force transmission module is configured to decouple the first force transmission element from the spring device after a defined adjustment path, as well as a brake booster, vehicle brake system and subassembly therefor.

An electromechanical brake booster for a vehicle brake system is disclosed. The electromechanical brake booster has an actuating element which is couplable to an electric motor via a transmission, a housing in which the actuating element is displaceably received, and at least one sliding element which is arranged between the housing and the actuating element. A vehicle brake system, subassembly therefor and sliding element is also disclosed.

An electromechanical brake booster for a vehicle brake system is disclosed. The electromechanical brake booster has an actuating element which is couplable to an electric motor via a transmission, a housing in which the actuating element is displaceably received, and at least one sliding element which is arranged between the housing and the actuating element. A vehicle brake system, subassembly therefor and sliding element is also disclosed.
TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLY AND BRAKE BOOSTER
A transmission assembly for a brake booster of a vehicle is disclosed. The transmission assembly comprises a rack module having a base section and at least one tooth row section; and at least one transmission arrangement for transmitting a moment, such as a torque. The at least one transmission arrangement is in engagement with the at least one tooth row section of the rack module and has a shaft, a screw wheel carried by the shaft and a cylindrical wheel. The at least one transmission arrangement has at least one relief element, which is arranged effectively in a load path of the at least one transmission arrangement, and brake booster for a vehicle that comprises an electric motor, a push rod and a transmission assembly, which acts between the electric motor and the push rod.
TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLY AND BRAKE BOOSTER
A transmission assembly for a brake booster of a vehicle is disclosed. The transmission assembly comprises a rack module having a base section and at least one tooth row section; and at least one transmission arrangement for transmitting a moment, such as a torque. The at least one transmission arrangement is in engagement with the at least one tooth row section of the rack module and has a shaft, a screw wheel carried by the shaft and a cylindrical wheel. The at least one transmission arrangement has at least one relief element, which is arranged effectively in a load path of the at least one transmission arrangement, and brake booster for a vehicle that comprises an electric motor, a push rod and a transmission assembly, which acts between the electric motor and the push rod.
Power seat track assembly
A power seat track assembly may include an elongated first rail, a second rail, a motor assembly, and a power-transfer assembly. The second rail may engage the first rail and may be movable along a length of the first rail. The motor assembly may be mounted to the second rail and may be operable to drive the second rail along the length of the first rail. The power-transfer assembly may include a first component mounted to the first rail and a second component mounted to the second rail. The first component may wirelessly transmit power to the second component. The second component may be electrically connected to the motor assembly to provide electrical current to the motor assembly.

A torque transmission device has a pinion that includes a plurality of rollers that mesh with a plurality of teeth of an output. Each roller is supported by a bearing having rotating bearing elements. A clearance compensation for the diametrical difference between a diameter of each roller and an inscribed diameter of the associated rotating bearing elements is included in the plurality of teeth of the output such that there is no interference between the plurality of rollers and the plurality of teeth.
