METHOD FOR PRODUCING A SHAPABLE CORE FOR MANUFACTURING COMPOSITE MATERIAL PRODUCTS, SHAPABLE CORE OBTAINED
20230090336 · 2023-03-23 ·

The invention relates to a method for producing a shapable core (10) from a rigid panel (12), the plane of the panel being defined by the axes X and Y and the height H being oriented in the direction Z of an orthonormal reference frame, for producing composite material products, consisting in cutting the panel (12) to form core elements (16). According to the invention, the method consists in making the cuts (14, 34) along the axis Z, producing hooking means (17) on each of the core elements (16) cut in this way, so as to allow the core elements (16) to be connected to each other and to produce a hinge connection (22) with retention between the core elements (16) in the plane XY.

Interactive Toy

A toy having a theme comprises a puzzle including first pieces, second pieces and a frame support. The first pieces are configured to be assembled into a three-dimensional structure. Each of the first pieces includes at least one of a tab and a hole. In particular, the hole is sized and shaped to receive the tab of another one of the pieces. Each of the second pieces are configured to interactively cooperate with the three-dimensional set piece. Each of the first and second pieces also includes a graphic image associated with the theme of the toy. The frame support is substantially flat with a first side having recesses for receiving each of the first and second pieces. The frame support also has a second side, opposite the first side having a graphic image (e.g., representative of a stage) associated with the theme of the toy.

PUZZLE

A children’s puzzle including a rigid frame and a set of removable, rigid, non-interlocking pieces. The rigid frame has two opposite broad sides defining a thickness with multiple recesses which are sized to simultaneously accommodate all of the pieces of the set. Each recess is surrounded by one or more elevated surfaces of the rigid frame. At least one of the recesses on at least one broad side of the rigid frame loosely contains multiple pieces of the set. The recesses of the two opposite broad sides of the rigid frame are arranged differently, so as to form respective arrangements of the pieces of the set when accommodated in the recesses. The pieces each have a flat bottom surface. At least three of the pieces have different perimeter shapes. The pieces are retained in the recesses only by gravity.
