Internal combustion engine with improved torque transmission

An internal combustion engine includes a standard connecting rod as well as a gear rack. The connecting rod can be a standard connecting rod that reciprocates with the piston and that drives a rotatable crank mechanism to convert the reciprocating motion of the piston into rotation of the crankshaft. The gear rack is also connected to and reciprocates with the piston. The gear rack is engaged with a gear that is mounted on the crankshaft. A one-way drive mechanism is provided between the gear and the crankshaft that transmits torque (i.e. rotary force) to the crankshaft only during the power stroke of the piston.

Clamping apparatus

A clamping apparatus includes a main shaft, at least two pushing members, a follow member movably sleeved on the main shaft, a coupling member fixedly sleeved on the main shaft, at least two first linkages respectively pivoted to the follow member, at least two second linkages, and a nut. Each of the at least two second linkage is pivoted to the corresponding first linkage, the coupling member, and the corresponding pushing member. The nut is movably sleeved on the main shaft and positioned at a side of the follow member away from the coupling member. The nut is configured to move the follow member towards the coupling member, to enable the at least two pushing members to move away from the main shaft.

The present invention relates to a linear drive (1), comprising a drive shaft (10) that can be rotated about a longitudinal axis (X), at least one propulsion element (20) having a propulsion tooth (21), a rack (30), and at least one guide means (40), wherein the at least one propulsion element (20) is coupled to the drive shaft (10) in such a way that the propulsion tooth (21) of said element is pressed into the rack (30) in a cyclical movement (21) during a rotation of the drive shaft (10) about the longitudinal axis (X) to generate an advance, and wherein, when the propulsion tooth (21) of the at least one propulsion element (20) is pressed into the rack (30), the at least one guide means (40) forms an abutment which counteracts the rack (30) for the at least one propulsion element (20). In addition, the present invention relates to a longitudinal adjustment unit and a motor vehicle.

In some examples, the actuator is configured to translate the piston along a compression axis different from the motor axis.

The planetary gear is placed in the annular gear to mesh with the annular gear.

An actuator integration apparatus and system provide a means for integrating a digitized control system and remote operation functionality not existing manually operated machinery. At least one actuator unit is mounted to a mounting chassis with at least one mounting clamp to provide access and engagement to at least one lever. The at least one lever is further connected to or otherwise integrated to the control scheme of the external machinery. A power supply is provided to supply operating electrical power, and an external terminal is configured to generate and transmit operable commands to the at least one actuator unit to moderate the position of the at least one lever by extension.

Clutch device

A prime mover includes a stator fixed to the housing and a rotor rotatable relative to the stator. The prime mover outputs torque by being supplied with electric power. A speed reducer reduces the torque of the prime mover and outputs the reduced torque. A rotational translation unit includes a rotation portion that rotates relative to the housing upon receiving the torque from the speed reducer, and a translation portion that moves relative to the housing in an axial direction. A clutch allows torque transmission in an engaged state, and interrupts the torque transmission in a disengaged state. A state changing unit changes the state of the clutch by receiving a force along the axial direction from the translation portion. Cogging torque generated between the rotor and the stator is set to such a magnitude that the rotor is stoppable at any rotation position relative to the stator.

A prime mover includes a stator fixed to a housing, and a rotor rotatable relative to the stator. The prime mover outputs torque from the rotor by being supplied with electric power. A speed reducer reduces the torque of the prime mover and outputs the reduced torque. The speed reducer includes a sun gear to which the torque from the rotor is input, and a planetary gear that revolves in a circumferential direction of the sun gear while rotating in a state of meshing with the sun gear. The rotor and the sun gear are formed separately, and are disposed coaxially so as to be integrally rotatable.
