ELECTRIC VEHICLE TRANSMISSION MECHANISM AND ELECTRIC VEHICLE
An electric vehicle transmission mechanism which is applied to drive a chain wheel of an electric vehicle is provided. The electric vehicle transmission mechanism includes a transmission shaft, an output shaft, a lower bearing and an upper bearing. The transmission shaft is connected to the chain wheel and has a transmission axial direction, and the transmission shaft includes a transmission portion. The output shaft includes an output portion engaged with the transmission portion, and the output shaft has an output axial direction substantially perpendicular to the transmission axial direction. The lower bearing is sleeved on the output shaft. The upper bearing is sleeved on the output shaft and located between the lower bearing and the output portion.
Method of making a pinion for being assembled on a turbine axis of an internal combustion engine
A pinion to be fitted on a turbine axis of an internal combustion engine, wherein said pinion is made in a single piece, equipped with an axial thread to screw it on said axis of the turbine, wherein an axial end of the pinion integrates/defines a disc spring.
Sintered pulley
A sintered pulley may include a body of a metal alloy and configured with a substantially annular shape. The body may include a first face of contact with a crankshaft, a second face of contact with a securing element, and a concentric hole for associating the pulley with the crankshaft. The second face of contact may have a region of a point of contact with the securing element disposed proximate to the hole. The region of the point of contact may have a density of between 7.3 and 7.5 g/cm.sup.3.
Slew drive gearbox with inner raceway integrated to torque tube
A slew drive includes a housing, a worm shaft having a worm thread carried within the housing for rotational movement and a torque tube having an outer surface. The torque tube is carried by the housing for rotational movement perpendicularly to the worm shaft and worm thread. A ring gear section having teeth is carried by the torque tube with the teeth engaging the worm threads. An inner raceway is fabricated as an integral part of the torque tube. An outer raceway is fabricated as an integral part of the housing, the outer raceway radially overlying the inner raceway, and bearing elements captured between the inner raceway and the outer raceway.
DRIVE SHAFT WITH DIRECT-MOUNTED SPROCKETS FOR FILTRATION APPARATUS
A drive shaft with direct-mounted sprockets is arranged in a chain drive unit. The drive shaft includes a shaft body, a pair of metal plate sprockets, and first padding portions and second padding portions formed of weld beads. The first padding portions are formed such that their positions are changed to alternate with each other in a circumferential direction of the shaft body. The second padding portions are formed such that their positions are changed to alternate with each other in the circumferential direction of the shaft body. A torque input to the shaft body is transmitted to the metal plate sprockets via the padding portions.
Output shaft support structure
An output shaft support structure includes: an output shaft; and a supporting body that supports the output shaft, the output shaft including: a rotating shaft; a first rolling bearing fixed to one end section of the rotating shaft; a second rolling bearing fixed to the other end section of the rotating shaft; and a secondary reduction driven gear including a boss section fixed to the rotating shaft. For a predetermined period, the boss section of the secondary reduction driven gear contacts the second rolling bearing, and a lower end of the rotating shaft is always separated from the supporting body.
Input shafts for generators
An input shaft includes an annular main shaft extending along a longitudinal axis with an internal bore configured for fluid flow through the annular main shaft. A generator spline is included on an exterior surface of a first end of the main shaft. A gearbox spline is included on an exterior surface of a second end of the main shaft opposite the first end. At least one orifice is defined through the main shaft from the internal bore to the exterior surface of the second end of the main shaft for flow of fluid from the internal bore to the exterior surface for cooling and lubrication.
Gearbox assembly for a vehicle
A gearbox assembly including a housing, an output shaft, a wheel gear that is fixed to the output shaft, and an input shaft. A torsion bar that connects the input shaft to the output shaft, an electric motor, a worm gear that is rotationally fixed to the rotor and engages the wheel gear to transfer torque from the motor to the output shaft, and a key lock assembly. A seal assembly is provided that isolates the locking collar from the wheel.
ARTICULATION MECHANISMS FOR ROBOTIC SURGICAL TOOLS
A robotic surgical tool includes a drive housing having a first end and a second end, at least one spline extending between the first and second ends and including a drive gear that rotates with rotation of the spline, and a carriage movably mounted to the spline. An elongate shaft extends from the carriage and through the first end, an end effector is arranged at a distal end of the elongate shaft, and a wrist interposes the end effector and the distal end of the shaft. An activating mechanism is housed in the carriage and operatively coupled to the drive gear such that rotation of the drive gear correspondingly actuates the activating mechanism and thereby causes the wrist to articulate the end effector in at least one plane.
TRANSLATING ROBOTIC SURGICAL TOOLS WITH INTEGRATED FIRING MECHANISMS
A robotic surgical tool includes a drive housing having first and second ends, a spline extending between the ends and including a drive gear that rotates with spline rotation, and a carriage mounted to the spline. A shaft extends from the carriage, penetrates the first end, and has an end effector arranged at a distal end. An activating mechanism is housed in the carriage and includes an input gear operatively coupled to the drive gear such that rotation of the drive gear correspondingly rotates the input gear, and a firing rod defining external threads threadably engageable with internal threads of the input gear. The firing rod is coupled to a knife at the end effector such that movement of the firing rod correspondingly moves the knife in the same direction. The drive gear is rotated to rotate the input gear and thereby move the firing rod and the knife.
