POWERTRAIN AND ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE
The present disclosure describes a powertrain and an all-terrain vehicle. The powertrain includes an engine, a continuously variable transmission and a transmission. The continuously variable transmission is drivingly coupled to the engine. The transmission includes a casing, a power input shaft, a first power output shaft and a second power output shaft. The power input shaft, the first power output shaft and the second power output shaft are all provided in the casing. The power input shaft is drivingly coupled to the continuously variable transmission, the power input shaft is drivingly coupled to the first power output shaft and the second power output shaft separately in the casing, and an axis of the power input shaft is parallel to an axis of the first power output shaft and perpendicular to an axis of the second power output shaft.

Transmission and method for producing a transmission having a housing
A transmission includes a housing, having lower and upper housing parts and bearing seats. A web is formed on the lower housing part between two bearing seats, which is pressed against a web provided on the upper housing part and between the bearing seats. When the housing parts are separated or pulled apart, a first web of one of the housing parts projects beyond a planar surface, which restricts the other webs thereof, or the webs of one of the housing parts are restricted by a planar separating surface, and except for a first web, the webs of the other housing part are also restricted by the planar separating surface and the first web projects beyond the separating surface when the housing parts are separated from each other. To form the housing, at least one of the housing parts is elastically deformed and/or preloaded.
Electric drive module configured as a beam axle
An electrically-operated electric drive module for use in a vehicle framework that is configured for a powertrain that includes an internal combustion engine. The electrically-operated electric drive module permits the vehicle to be converted to an electrically propelled vehicle in a manner that is cost-effective and which is relatively low in weight.
GEARBOX WITH A HOUSING WHICH HAS A LOWER HOUSING PART, ONTO WHICH AN UPPER HOUSING PART IS PLACED
A gearbox includes a housing, which has a lower housing part onto which an upper housing part is placed. The lower housing part and the upper housing part are in physical contact along a contact surface, for example, so that the contact surface between the lower and upper housing part lies in a plane and/or is planar. Cooling fins are situated on the housing, the cooling fins having a curved characteristic such that a portion of an axially directed airflow streaming along the housing, and thus in particular an airflow that is streaming parallel to the axis of rotation of the input shaft, is deflected in a transverse direction between two cooling fins disposed closest to each other in the axial direction in each case, the axial direction, for example, being parallel to the contact surface, e.g., the plane.
ROTARY ACTUATOR
A rotary actuator includes a housing having a first end and a second end spaced from the first end along an axis. The housing defines a cavity extending circumferentially about the axis. An output shaft is arranged coaxially with the axis. The output shaft extends outwardly from the cavity through the first end. A drive system is disposed in the cavity and axially spaced from the first end. A gearbox is disposed in the cavity between the output shaft and the drive system. The gearbox is coupled to the drive system and the output shaft. A rotational controller is disposed in the cavity between the drive system and the second end. The rotational controller is configured to actuate the drive system to adjust an angular position of the output shaft.
Power transmission device and motor unit
A bearing device includes a gear portion and a gear housing that houses the gear portion and stores a lubricant therein. The gear housing includes a side plate extending in a direction intersecting the axial direction, a recess recessed from the side plate toward the other side in the axial direction, a saucer opened upward, and a groove including a shaft opening opposing the gear housing and a peripheral opening opened to the recess. The gear portion includes an output shaft rotatably supported by the gear housing via a bearing, and a first gear connected to the output shaft. The saucer includes an opposing surface opposing an outer peripheral surface of the first gear. The groove is inclined downward toward the peripheral opening and reaches the bearing, and the shaft opening of the groove reaches the saucer.
VEHICLE DRIVE APPARATUS
A vehicle drive apparatus includes: a rotary electric machine disposed on a first axis; a differential gear mechanism disposed on a second axis; an output member disposed on the second axis; an inverter device; and a case. The case is a single-piece case internally including: a first housing chamber housing the rotary electric machine; and a second housing chamber housing the inverter device and divided from the first housing chamber with a partition. At least a specified portion of the output member is housed in the first housing chamber. A location of the specified portion in an axial direction overlaps with the rotary electric machine. The partition is provided between the specified portion and the inverter device.
