A transmission includes a transmission case provided with an internal gear an inner wall thereof and a multistage planetary gear mechanism housed in the transmission case. Each stage of the multistage planetary gear mechanism includes a retainer, a sun gear and a plurality of planetary gears mounted on the retainer. The plurality of the planetary gears in the last planetary gear stage of the multistage planetary gear mechanism includes four planetary gears annularly arranged between the corresponding sun gear and the inner gear in an uneven manner.
Transmission for a Drive Train in an Agricultural or Heavy Load Vehicle and a Corresponding Drive Train and Corresponding Vehicle
A transmission for an agricultural or heavy load vehicle is provided, and includes a central drive shaft, at least one planetary gearset comprising a planet carrier, at least one output drive element, and one brake device. The drive shaft is connected to the output drive element via the planetary gearset. The brake device is located between the planet carrier and the output drive element in the form of a ring gear, such that the output drive element can be coupled to the planet carrier via the brake device.
Support apparatus for an off-axle load
A vehicle including a frame having an axle and a support apparatus coupled thereto. The support apparatus is configured to support a load coupled to the axle and permit the load to translate along an x-axis, a y-axis, and a z-axis.
Motor device
Motor device includes: motor part including armature shaft; speed reduction mechanism which includes worm and worm wheel and outputs the rotation of the armature shaft at reduced speed; gear case which is provided with bottom part and opening part and accommodates the worm and worm wheel in rotatable manner; gear cover which covers the opening part of the gear case; circuit board which is arranged between the speed reduction mechanism and the gear cover; and board cover which is arranged between the circuit board and the speed reduction mechanism. The board cover is provided with positioning protrusion part protruding toward the gear case, the gear case is provided with positioning recess part into which the positioning protrusion part is press-fit, and the bottom surface of the positioning recess part and the tip surface of the positioning protrusion part press-fit into the positioning recess part face each other with gap therebetween.
VEHICLE ELECTRIC DRIVE AXLE
An electric drive axle in a vehicle is provided. The electric drive axle includes, in one example, an electric motor-generator, a gearbox, and a differential. The gearbox comprises a planetary gear set that includes a sun gear configured to rotate on a sun gear shaft directly coupled to a rotor of the electric motor-generator and an intermediate shaft that includes an idler gear rotationally coupled to a pinion gear that is rotationally coupled to the carrier.
LINEAR DRIVE WITH CONTROL HOUSING
Linear drive with a gear housing extending along a longitudinal axis, in which a spindle is rotatably mounted with a worm wheel connected to it in a rotationally fixed manner, a spindle nut running on the spindle, which is adjustable on the spindle between a retracted position and an extended position and which acts on a lifting tube. The spindle nut is arranged in the retracted position guide tube and retracted in the region of a rear end of the guide tube, and thus the lifting tube is also retracted into the guide tube. The spindle nut is arranged at a front end of the guide tube in the extended position. An electric motor drives the screw, which extends along a transverse axis extending transversely to the longitudinal axis, wherein the electric motor is accommodated in a motor housing which is connected to the gear housing. Furthermore, a control system is arranged in a control housing. In order to simplify the assembly of the control housing, a connection is formed between the control housing and the drive housing, which is designed in such a way that the latter is simultaneously electrically connected to the drive housing during the mechanical attachment.
Axle including a drive system for an electric vehicle
A drive system for an electric vehicle includes a housing having a first housing portion, a second housing portion connected to the first housing portion, and a third housing portion connected to the second housing portion. The third housing portion includes a torque arm connectable to a vehicle chassis. A hypoid gear set is mounted in the first housing portion, and an electric motor is mounted in the third housing portion.
Electric drive axle with first stage chain drive
A dual motor electric drive axle apparatus is disclosed that is enclosed within a single housing. First and second motors are disposed in the housing. First and second rotor shafts, and first and second chain drives including first and second driving sprockets are connected to the first rotor shaft. A first chain, and a first driven sprocket are connected to the first and second driving shafts by first and second chain respectively. First and second planetary gear sets having first and second input shafts are connected to the first and second driven sprockets. First and second output shafts are connected to first and second constant velocity joints that are located outside the housing. First and second axles are connected to the first and second constant velocity joints and are adapted to rotate first and second wheels respectively.
ROTATIONAL DECOUPLING FOR ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY OF A GEARBOX-INTEGRATED MOUNTED GENERATOR ROTOR
An arrangement including a transmission and a generator is disclosed. The generator includes a generator rotor being non-rotatably connected to an output shaft of the transmission or configured to be connectable to the output shaft of the transmission. An assembly bearing that supports the generator rotor in the output shaft is also disclosed.
PROPULSION SYSTEM FOR AN ELECTRIC VEHICLE
A propulsion system for an electric vehicle includes an assembly of four electric propulsion machines each having a stator and a rotor having an output shaft that is movable in rotation about an axis. Also includes is a common gearwheel that is kinematically connected to the n output shafts and that is able to receive the torque provided by the electric machines so as to form a first speed reducer, and primary gearwheels able to be driven by the common gearwheel. An intermediate shaft is able to be driven by intermediate gearwheels, each primary gearwheel being kinematically connected to a corresponding intermediate gearwheel so as to form a pair of gears with which a second speed reducer is associated, and a secondary shaft that is able to drive the vehicle and that has a secondary gearwheel kinematically connected to the intermediate shaft so as to form a third speed reducer.
