Transaxle
A transaxle includes: an axle housing in which an input gear is rotatably supported; a differential casing that is contained in the axle housing while being rotatably supported relative to the axle housing; first and second side gears as a pair of spur gears that are contained in the differential casing, coaxially arranged, relatively rotatable with each other, and rotatable relative to the differential casing; a group of pinions as spur gears that are rotatably supported, in the differential casing, by rotational shafts that are in parallel with axes of the first and the second side gears in the differential casing, the group of pinions transmitting power between the first side gear and the second side gear; and a final gear having a ring shape that is contained in the axle housing, meshes with the input gear, incorporates the differential casing, and is relatively unrotatably coupled to the differential casing.
Torque-transmission device
A torque transmission device for a powertrain of a motor vehicle has an input area and an output area. A torque path runs from the input area to the output area. A torsional vibration damping unit is positioned first, followed by a gear unit, along the torque path between the input area and the output area. The torsional vibration damping unit provides a first spatial area and an adjoining second spatial area along the torque path, and the gear unit provides an adjoining third spatial area.
TRANSMISSION AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A TRANSMISSION HAVING A HOUSING
A transmission includes a housing, having lower and upper housing parts, and having bearing seats. A web is formed on the lower housing part between two bearing seats in each case, which is pressed against a web provided on the upper housing part and between the respective bearing seats. The housing parts have an elastic distortion or deformation such that when the two housing parts are separated or pulled apart, or in other words, in an elastic relaxation, in particular, a first web of the webs of a first of the two housing parts projects beyond a planar surface, in particular beyond a separating surface, which restricts the other webs of the first housing part, or the webs of one of the housing parts is restricted by a planar separating surface, and with the exception of a first web, the webs of the other housing part are also restricted by the planar separating surface and the first web projects beyond the separating surface when the housing parts are separated from each other so that in order to form the housing of interconnected housing parts, at least one of the housing parts is elastically deformed and/or preloaded.
High efficiency, high output transmission having an aluminum housing
A transmission includes an input shaft coupled to a prime mover, a countershaft, main shaft, and an output shaft, with gears between the countershaft and the main shaft. A shift actuator selectively couples the input shaft to the main shaft by rotatably coupling gears between the countershaft and the main shaft. The shift actuator is mounted on an exterior wall of a housing including the countershaft and the main shaft. An integrated actuator housing includes a single external power access for the shift actuator. A controller interprets a shaft displacement angle, determines if the transmission is in an imminent zero or zero torque region, and performs a transmission operation in response to the transmission in the imminent zero or zero torque region.
INTEGRABLE COOLANT CONVEYOR MODULE AND TRANSMISSION HAVING COOLANT CONVEYOR MODULE
A coolant delivery module for delivering and distributing a coolant includes a housing, a pump, a distribution valve, an electric motor, and an electronic control unit. The housing is equipped with an intake line connection and a plurality of consumer connections. The pump is arranged in the housing and includes a pump inlet connected to the intake line connection, and a pump outlet. The distribution valve is arranged in the housing, connected to the pump outlet, and arranged to selectively connect the pump outlet to the consumer connections. The electric motor is arranged in the housing for driving the pump in a delivery state. The electronic control unit is arranged in the housing, arranged to exert a controlling action on the electric motor, and operatively connected to the distribution valve to control the distribution valve during operation.

The present disclosure relates to a mechatronic actuator consisting of a housing incorporating a shell and a three-phase electric motor formed by a stator excited by electrical coils and by a magnetized rotor, driving an output shaft by means of a gear train, the axis of the rotor, the axis of the output shaft and the axes of the intermediate toothed wheels being parallel, the stator having a radial triangular star shape, the three wound poles forming the three branches of the star, the axes of symmetry of two consecutive wound poles forming a mechanical angle of 120, the housing also incorporating an electronic circuit, including a capacitor for filtering the electrical signal, the shell having a longitudinal axis, characterised in that the stator is positioned in the hosing in such a way that the axis of symmetry of one of the three wound poles forms an angle of between 70 and 110 with the longitudinal axis.
REDUCTION GEARBOX FOR TURBINE FRACTURING
The present invention discloses a reduction gearbox for turbine fracturing with a compact overall structure, a small volume, a light weight and a large transmission ratio, wherein the power is input through a small end gear of the sun wheel axle, slowdown and increased the torque through the engagement between the big end gear of the sun wheel axle and the planetary gear, and output through the planetary carrier. A structure of the planetary gear set with reduced gear size and number is more suitable for the reduction requirement of a turbine engine. It can be observed through an observation hole by opening the cover plate, which is convenient for maintenance. A brake apparatus works with a brake pad so as to promptly stop the equipment in case of emergency to ensure the equipment and personal safety.
Carrier assembly with offset trunnion ribs
A carrier assembly includes a first portion having a cover flange. A second portion is coupled with the cover flange. A first trunnion is coupled with the first portion, and a second trunnion coupled with the first portion opposite the first trunnion. A first trunnion rib is coupled with the first portion, wherein the first trunnion rib projects outward from the first portion. A second trunnion rib is coupled with the first portion, wherein the second trunnion rib projects outward from the first portion. The first and second trunnion ribs are offset from a trunnion centerline.
Integrated traction drive system
A traction drive system for a vehicle includes a housing, a high-speed motor, a motor controller, a transmission, a cooling system, and a lubricating oil system. The housing defines a motor cavity, an electronics cavity, an oil cavity, and a cooling fluid cavity. The cooling fluid cavity is thermally coupled to each of the motor, electronics, and oil cavities. The high-speed motor is substantially within the motor cavity and coupled to a lubricating oil system fluidically coupled to the oil cavity. The motor controller includes electronics within the electronics cavity. The transmission is mechanically coupled to the high-speed motor and coupled to the lubricating oil system fluidically coupled to the oil cavity. The cooling system is fluidically coupled to the cooling fluid cavity and configured to cool the high-speed motor, the motor controller, and the lubricating oil system.

A speed reducer according to the invention includes: a main speed reduction unit decelerating rotation from an input side and transmitting decelerated rotation to an output side; a fixed block coupled to the main speed reduction unit and rotatably supporting an input gear coupled to a rotary drive source; an output gear transmitting rotation of the input gear to an input side of the main speed reduction unit; and an intermediate gear meshing with the input gear and the output gear and rotatably supported by the fixed block.
