Each of a differential carrier and a differential retainer of a differential housing includes a bearing attachment portion, a flange portion, and a mount portion. The flange portion of the differential carrier and the flange portion of the differential retainer are fastened to each other via a plurality of through-holes provided in at least either one of the flange portion of the differential carrier and the flange portion of the differential retainer. At least either one of the differential carrier and the differential retainer includes a plurality of reinforcement rib portions provided on an outer wall side of the at least either one of the differential carrier and the differential retainer, the reinforcement rib portions extending from the position of the bearing attachment portion toward the positions of some of or all of the through-holes and the mount portion.

A gearbox may include a gearbox case with a wear sleeve disposed within a shaft bore, and a gear assembly mounted on a shaft and disposed within the shaft bore. The gear assembly may include a bearing that engages the wear sleeve. A method of repairing a gearbox case may include uncoupling a top piece and a bottom piece of the gearbox case, forming an oversize bore in a shaft bore of the gearbox case to remove a damaged area, and installing a wear sleeve in the oversize bore.

Differential carrier

An article of manufacture is provided having a differential carrier, the differential carrier including a forward surface having an input, the forward surface including a plurality of vertical ribs. In an example, the differential carrier may be used in a vehicle system for a rear differential of a drivetrain of the vehicle.

The first window defines a shape when projected perpendicularly onto a first plane including both the rotational axis and a pinion axis, said pinion axis extending perpendicular to the rotational axis.

A kit for modifying a transmission input housing includes an overrun piston sleeve positioned on an outer surface of an input housing inner stepped portion, an overrun piston configured to mate with the overrun piston sleeve, and a replacement forward piston housing. An inner diameter of the overrun piston is larger than an inner diameter of an OE overrun piston. A forward piston sleeve is positioned on the outer surface of the input housing inner stepped conical portion adjacent the overrun sleeve. A forward piston mates with the forward piston sleeve. The forward piston has an inner diameter that is larger than an inner diameter of an OE forward piston. Seals are positioned between the forward piston and the forward piston sleeve and between the overrun piston and the forward piston at an outer diameter of the overrun piston.

Power transmission device and motor unit

A bearing device includes a gear portion and a gear housing that houses the gear portion and stores a lubricant therein. The gear housing includes a side plate extending in a direction intersecting the axial direction, a recess recessed from the side plate toward the other side in the axial direction, a saucer opened upward, and a groove including a shaft opening opposing the gear housing and a peripheral opening opened to the recess. The gear portion includes an output shaft rotatably supported by the gear housing via a bearing, and a first gear connected to the output shaft. The saucer includes an opposing surface opposing an outer peripheral surface of the first gear. The groove is inclined downward toward the peripheral opening and reaches the bearing, and the shaft opening of the groove reaches the saucer.
