HYDRAULIC PUMP ASSEMBLY WITH FORWARD DRIVESHAFT CLEARANCE
A vehicle mounted hydraulic pump assembly includes a gearbox that is configured to be connected to a power take-off that is driven by a transmission of a four-wheel drive vehicle. The gearbox includes an input gear and an output gear where a radius of the input gear is the same as a radius of an output gear. A female output connector is associated with the output gear and is configured to be disposed below a forward driveshaft that is associated with the transmission. A hydraulic pump is connected to the gearbox and is configured to be disposed forward of a transfer case that is also associated with the transmission.
METHOD FOR DETERMINING TIMING OF OIL FILLING FOR A BALL SCREW
A method for determining timing of oil filling for a ball screw can determine whether the oil film in a specific time period is sufficient, falling or insufficient, and then know the optimum timing of oil filling, by comparing the sum of the slope values within respective time periods with a predetermined value. The method is further capable of determining the timing of oil filling even when the rotation speed of the ball screw changes. The method includes a step of signal acquisition, a step of converting signal, a step of defining and saving eigenvalues, a step of calculating eigenvalues, and a step of determining oil filling.
Lubricating structure for power transmission mechanism
There is provided a lubricating structure for a power transmission mechanism in which a crankshaft is coupled to a piston disposed in a cylinder bore and in which power is transmitted from the crankshaft to a camshaft. The lubricating structure includes: an idler gear that is configured to transmit power from the crankshaft to the camshaft; and an idler gear shaft that supports the idler gear via a bearing. One end portion of the idler gear shaft protrudes into the cylinder bore, and an oil passage configured to guide oil from the cylinder bore to the bearing is formed in the idler gear shaft.
DRIVE APPARATUS AND OIL CHANGING METHOD
A drive apparatus includes a motor; a reduction gear connected to the motor; a differential connected to the reduction gear, for rotating an axle about a differential axis; a housing including a gear housing portion housing the reduction gear and the differential; and an oil housed in the gear housing portion. The differential includes a gear for rotating about the differential axis. An end portion of the gear is lower than the reduction gear, and is configured to soak in the oil. The housing includes an oil drain hole and an oil feed hole for joining an interior of the housing and a space outside of the housing, a first stopper member removably in the oil drain hole, and a second stopper member removably in the oil feed hole. Each of the oil drain hole and the oil feed hole is in a portion of the gear housing portion.
Axle assembly drain plug guard for landfill compactor
An axle assembly for a landfill compactor includes an axle housing, a carrier housing located proximate the center of the axle housing, a drain plug located on an underside of the carrier housing, and a guard. The guard is attached to the underside of the carrier housing with adhesive such that the guard covers the drain plug and is configured to protect and give access to the drain.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL DEVICE FOR DRIVE AND/OR TRANSMISSION UNITS SUCH AS TUNNEL BORER TRANSMISSIONS
The present invention relates generally to the cooling and/or heating of drive and/or transmission units of construction machines and similar equipment. The invention relates to the temperature control device for cooling and/or heating such a drive and/or transmission unit with at least one heat exchanger module having a liquid jacket through which flow is possible. The invention also relates to a drive and/or transmission unit having at least two transmission and/or drive sections, which are cooled and/or heated by such a temperature control unit. The invention further relates to a tunnel boring machine, the transmission of which is cooled and/or heated by such a temperature control device. According to the invention, the at least one heat exchanger module of the temperature control device forms a ring body for fitting in a sandwich-like manner between two transmission and/or drive sections, said ring body having a central through-cutout for a drive element to pass through and has, on each opposite end face, a connection flange for precision-fit end-face connection to the two transmission and/or drive sections. A driveshaft, for example, or a driving wheel or another driving element which connects, for example, two transmission stages or two transmission sections and/or drive sections in a force-transmitting or torque-transmitting manner can be guided through said through-cutout.
Joint structure of industrial robot
A joint structure of a robot includes a first member, a second member which is rotatably supported around a horizontal rotation axis line with respect to the first member, and an actuator which rotates the second member with respect to the first member, a through-holes, each of which allows a lubrication space in which a lubricant for the actuator is enclosed to connect with an outer space is provided in at least one of the first member and the second member, and more than three of the through-holes are provided at an interval in a circumferential direction centering around the horizontal rotation axis line.
Multipurpose Protective Cap for Transmission Drive Shaft Assembly
A multipurpose protective cap for a transmission prior to and during assembly with a drive shaft has a base portion having a cylindrical cross-section of a first inner diameter. The base portion comprises a side wall defining the cylindrical cross-section and having an outer edge and an inner edge, and a membrane spanning the cylindrical cross-section of the base portion at the outer edge of the side wall. An insertion portion extends from the base portion opposite the outer edge, the insertion portion having a cylindrical cross-section of a second inner diameter, the second inner diameter smaller than the first inner diameter. A contamination removal portion is formed in an interior surface of the insertion portion and configured to remove debris as the drive shaft passes through the insertion portion. A handle extends from the side wall of the base portion.
Transmission comprising a housing and an oil distribution part arranged in the housing
A transmission includes a housing and a distributor part to which lubricating oil is able to be applied through a recess in the housing, e.g., in a housing part of the housing or in a cover part of the housing. The distributor part includes a collection region and feeder channels, which are connected to the collection region and are able to convey lubricating oil to bearings of the transmission.
