Lubricant nozzle for a planetary gear set speed reducer of a turbomachine
A lubricant nozzle for a planetary gear set speed reducer of a turbomachine, the nozzle having a generally elongate shape and including a body with a longitudinal axis B, the body having a longitudinal inner cavity in fluid communication with a lubricant inlet located at a longitudinal end of the body and with lubricant outlet apertures that are provided in an annular wall of the body and that extend substantially radially relative to axis B, wherein the apertures are formed in at least one boss of the body, which boss projects radially outwards on the wall and extends, about the axis, at an angular extent that does not exceed 180°.
WAVE GENERATOR OF STRAIN WAVE GEARING DEVICE
An outer-ring lubrication groove pattern formed in an outer-race raceway surface and an inner-race lubrication groove pattern formed in an inner-race raceway surface of a wave generator bearing of a strain wave gearing device are patterns in which linear lubrication grooves having very small widths and depths of several micrometers or less are arranged at fine pitches of several micrometers or less. The inner-race lubrication groove pattern includes a second groove pattern formed in long-axis-side inner-race raceway surface portions to hold the lubricant, and a first groove pattern formed in short-axis-side inner-race raceway surface portions to hold the lubricant and guide the lubricant to the second groove pattern. This configuration improves the contact state between balls and the inner-race and outer-race raceway surfaces of the wave generator bearing, thus reducing the coefficient of friction therebetween.
DIFFERENTIAL DEVICE
A differential device is provided with: a ring gear having a tooth row arranged around an axis to mesh with an input gear; an outer case combined with the ring gear and rotatable about the axis; an inner case rotatable about the axis relative to the outer case and having a toothed end with axially projecting dog teeth; a differential gear set supported by the inner case and to be coupled with a pair of axles to allow differential motion between the axles; a clutch member engaging with the outer case and disconnectably connecting with the dog teeth so as to prevent the inner case from rotating relative to the outer case; and perforations penetrating the outer case and opened on an outer face of the outer case, the perforations being so disposed as to expose the dog teeth radially outwardly from the outer case.
POWER TRANSMISSION DEVICE FOR WORK VEHICLE
A power transmission device for a work vehicle includes a transmission case, a gear transmission housed in the transmission case and configured to transmit power to a travel device, and a transmission gear provided in the gear transmission in a state of sitting in lubricating oil stored in an internal space of the transmission case, the transmission case being provided with a wall part supporting a support shaft of the transmission gear in a state of being adjacent to the transmission gear, and the wall part being provided with a cover part protruding toward the outer periphery of the transmission gear from the wall part and covering the transmission gear.
GEAR WHEEL AND A VEHICLE TRANSMISSION ARRANGEMENT
A gear wheel is connectable to a transmission shaft of a vehicle gear transmission arranged in a gearbox housing. The gear wheel being configured to be lubricated by a lubricant in a lubricant reservoir of the gearbox housing, wherein the gear wheel comprises a first axial end surface; a second axial end surface arranged on an opposite side of the gear wheel relative to the first axial end surface; and a plurality of gear teeth arranged circumferentially on the gear wheel and positioned between the first and second axial end surfaces; wherein the first axial end surface comprises a plurality of angularly spaced protrusions extending axially from the first axial end surface in a direction of a surface normal of the first axial end surface.
Gear baffle
A gear baffle, a gearbox of a gas turbine engine including a gear baffle, and a method of installing a gear baffle adjacent to a gear in a gearbox of a gas turbine engine are disclosed. The gearbox includes a housing, having disposed therein a gear, and a baffle adjacent to the gear to interact with lubricant fluid around the gear. The baffle includes a first interface for attaching the baffle to a structure to a first side of the gear, and a second interface for attaching the baffle to a structure to a second, axially opposite, side of the gear. The second interface may be axially spaced apart from the first interface by an axial distance. The baffle may include a main wall interconnecting the first interface with the second interface. The main wall may include a compliant corrugation that accommodates a variation in the axial distance between the first interface and the second interface.
Heat transfer system
A heat transfer system for a vehicle including an axle assembly having a carrier housing. A sump defined by the carrier housing contains a fluid lubricant. The heat transfer system further includes a heat exchanger within the sump. The heat exchanger is in fluid communication with a battery cooling unit.
Gear transmission unit with a forced lubrication system including one or more lubricant distribution boxes
A gear transmission unit, particularly for a motor-vehicle, is provided with a forced lubrication system for lubricating rolling bearings and/or further inner components of the transmission unit. The unit is provided with one or more accessory elements in the form of lubricant distribution boxes. Each distribution box has a hollow body rigidly connected to the casing of the unit adjacent to a respective channel outlet which supplies a flow of lubricant under pressure. The hollow body defines an inner lubricant distribution chamber and has an inlet connected to the channel outlet and two or more outlets connected to further conduits for channels or chambers, for supplying the flow of lubricant under pressure in parallel to various components to be lubricated inside the transmission casing.
