Transmission lever device for automobile
A transmission lever device for an automobile includes: a base; a lever rotatably mounted on the base, wherein the lever is configured to select one of sequentially disposed gear positions including park (P), reverse (R), neutral (N), drive (D), and low (L) by a linear movement and to be movable from P to L and from L to P; and a blocker mounted on the base and configured to restrict and wide movement of the lever from P to L.
Gearbox System With an Automated Manual Gearbox
The invention relates to a gearbox system for a vehicle having: an automated manual gearbox; a gearbox control device designed to control the automated manual gearbox; a monostable toggle switch which can be operated by a user, in particular a driver, and is movable in at least, in particular exactly, two deflection directions and by means of which a plurality of driving ranges of the gearbox control device can be selected by the user; and a visual device which displays or can display graphically a gearshift diagram with driving ranges selectable by the toggle switch. The gearbox control device has a further driving range which cannot be selected by means of the toggle switch but can be exited by moving the toggle switch in at least one of the two deflection directions. The visual device has at least one display designed to display a symbol which indicates the at least one deflection direction of the toggle switch by means of which the further driving range can be exited. The gearbox control device is also designed to control the at least one display such that the symbol is only displayed when the further driving range is selected.
Method and Device for Checking the Position of the Gearshift Lever of a Gearbox of a Vehicle
A device and method check the position of a gearshift lever for a gearbox of a vehicle. The device is designed to determine first sensor data relating to the length of the selector travel of the selector shaft of the gearbox during at least one upshifting process which is brought about by the driver of the vehicle deflecting the gearshift lever in a first direction. The device is also designed to determine second sensor data relating to the length of the selector travel of the selector shaft of the gearbox during at least one downshifting process brought about by the driver of the vehicle deflecting the gearshift lever in a second direction. The device is designed to check the position of the gearshift lever on the basis of the first sensor data and on the basis of the second sensor data.
REACTION CABLE DIFFERENTIAL INTERLOCK SYSTEM AND OFF-ROAD VEHICLE INCLUDING SAME
A reaction cable differential interlock system can include a differential lock lever, a shift lever, a mode select lever, a linkage mechanism, and a single cable. The differential lock lever can be configured to be movably mounted on a differential gear assembly and connected to a differential lock collar of the differential gear assembly. The shift lever can be movable between a plurality of transmission mode positions and the mode select lever can be movable between a plurality of differential mode positions. The linkage mechanism can be coupled to the shift lever and the mode select lever, and the single cable can extend from the linkage mechanism to the differential lock lever.
Transmission actuator attachment structure for automatic vehicle driving device
An L-shaped bracket (151) is fixed to a top end portion of a rack shaft (141) of a selecting actuator (133) of a transmission actuator unit (131) through a rotatable joint (152). An actuator housing (161) of a shifting actuator (134) is supported on a mounting surface (151a) of the L-shaped bracket (151) so as to be attachable to and detachable from the mounting surface (151a) through a lock mechanism (154) (a lock pin (155) and a lock hole (162a)). The shifting actuator (134) can be mounted with the shifting actuator (134) being reversed 180 degrees.
Gearbox System With an Automated Manual Gearbox
A gearbox system for a vehicle includes an automated manual gearbox; a gearbox control device which controls the gearbox; a monostable toggle switch which is movable by a user in two deflection directions to select a plurality of driving ranges of the gearbox control device, and a visual device which displays graphically a gearshift diagram with driving ranges selectable by the monostable toggle switch. The gearbox control device has a further driving range which cannot be selected by the monostable toggle switch but can be exited by moving the monostable toggle switch. The visual device has at least one display to display a symbol indicating at least one deflection direction by which the further driving range can be exited. The gearbox control device may control the at least one display such that the symbol is only displayed when the further driving range is selected.
SHIFT DEVICE
There is provided a shift device including: a shift body configured to be moved by being pivoted or slid to change a shift position; and a locking mechanism provided with a lock member, the lock member being displaced from one side of a movement direction of the shift body to lock movement of the shift body from a predetermined shift position toward both sides in the movement direction.
Vehicle shift device with lateral and longitudinal motion
A shift device comprises a shift lever and a shift knob. A driver moves the shift knob in a longitudinal direction when a shift change is conducted between plural traveling positions. The driver moves the shift knob, in a lateral direction, toward a driver's side when the shift change is conducted from a R position to a P position. When viewed from a vehicle rear side, the shift lever located at the traveling positions takes a first position where the shift lever is inclined, relative to its upright state, in a direction of separating its upper end portion with the shift knob from a driver's seat, whereas the shift lever located at the P position takes a second position where the shift lever is in the upright state or in a state which is closer to the upright state than the first position.
Adjustable shift lever mount
A shift lever mount assembly including a rotatable member having a ball portion formed with at least a partially arcuate surface and a shift lever connection portion extending from the ball portion to be connected to a shift lever, a casing formed to at least partially surround the ball portion of the rotatable member and having an inner surface forming a spherical bearing with the ball portion, the casing having a top opening through which the shift lever connection portion extends, a plurality of position fixing members to selectively contact the rotatable member so as to fix the rotatable member at a desired position, and a coupling member to selectively couple the casing to a control lever of a transmission shift assembly, wherein the spherical bearing allows rotational and angular movement of the rotatable member so that the rotatable member is selectively movable to the desired position.
SHIFT DEVICE
There is provided a shift device including: a shift body configured to be moved to change a shift position; a first locking mechanism provided with a first lock member, the first lock member being disposed at a first locking position to lock movement of the shift body from a first shift position; and a second locking mechanism provided with a second lock member, the second lock member being disposed at a second locking position to lock movement of the shift body from a second shift position.
