SHIFT DEVICE

A shift device includes: a shift switching member including valley portions corresponding to shift positions; a motor including a rotor and a stator and configured to drive the shift switching member; a first drive system including a first control unit configured to control a voltage for driving the motor; a second drive system provided separately from the first drive system and including a second control unit configured to control a voltage for driving the motor; and a positioning member configured to establish the shift positions in a state in which the positioning member is fitted into any one of the valley portions of the shift switching member. The shift device acquires the shift positions when the motor is driven by the voltage output from one of the first and second drive systems to move the positioning member such that the positioning member continuously passes through the valley portions.

Shift device

In a shift device, a first mechanism of a restriction mechanism restricts rotation of a knob in one direction, and a second mechanism of the restriction mechanism restricts rotation of the knob in another direction. Drive devices of the restriction mechanism are configured solely by a solenoid of the first mechanism and a solenoid of the second mechanism. This thereby enables configuration of the restriction mechanism to be simplified.

METHOD FOR CONTROLLING VEHICLE EQUIPPED WITH AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION

A method for controlling a vehicle installed with an automatic transmission, includes: a sudden stop determination step in which a controller determines whether the vehicle has stopped at a speed greater than or equal to a reference deceleration speed and whether a post-stop elapsed time is within a first reference time; a takeoff determination step in which the controller determines whether an input torque of the transmission exceeds zero within the first reference time when a shift range is in a driving range; a pressure control step in which, when the vehicle takes off, the controller elevates a line pressure of the transmission; a limitation determination step in which if a slippage extent of a turbine exceeds a reference slippage value for a second reference time, the controller limits the takeoff; and a torque reduction step in which the controller reduces a takeoff torque input of the transmission.

HYDRAULIC PRESSURE CONTROL DEVICE OF VEHICLE DRIVING DEVICE

A hydraulic pressure control device of a vehicle driving device, the hydraulic pressure control device includes a range switcher having a first signal solenoid valve capable of supplying a first signal pressure and a spool switchable between a first position reached via the first signal pressure and a second position reached via a biasing force of a biasing member.

A vehicular shift apparatus includes an operation member configured to be put in five shift positions including a home position, a drive position, a reverse position, a drive-side neutral position, and a reverse-side neutral position. Nine sensing elements are provided to sense a magnet moved by movement of the operation member. The home position is allocated with three sensing elements, and each of the remaining four shift positions is allocated with two sensing elements, wherein two of the sensing elements allocate to the home position are shared by other two of the shift positions. The five shift positions and four intermediate positions between respective two adjacent shift positions are determined, based on combination of outputs of the nine sensing elements.
