Automatic transmission shifter assembly
A shifter assembly includes a housing, a shaft, a shifter member, a movement restrictor, sensors and a positioning device. The housing a chamber with magnetorheological fluid disposed therein and an electromagnetic coil that selectively generates a magnetic field through the magnetorheological fluid. The shaft is supported within the housing. The shifter member is coupled to the shaft and pivots with the shaft between at least a park position, a reverse position and a drive position. The movement restrictor is within the chamber of the and restrict movement of the shifter member in response to changes in viscosity of the magnetorheological fluid. The sensors are fixed within the housing and detect changes in position of the shifter member. The positioning device is connected to the shaft and/or the shifter member and positions the shifter member to any of the above positions in response to electronic signals received by a controller.
Control element, in particular for a motor vehicle
A control element, in particular a shifting device for manually selecting and/or triggering functions in a motor vehicle, having a handle that is mounted in such a way on and/or in a housing that the handle can be moved manually. A drive is situated in the housing, such that the drive is in operative connection and/or can be brought into operative connection with the handle, and the handle can be positioned non-manually by the drive and/or the manual movement of the handle can be blocked and/or the manual movement of the handle can be enabled. An elastic element is provided on the drive and/or in the housing, such that the drive is decoupled acoustically from the housing.
OPERATION DEVICE AND VEHICULAR SHIFTING APPARATUS USING OPERATION DEVICE
A first movable member for pivotally shifting to a predetermined position in conjunction with a pivotal operation of a shift lever, and a permanent magnet section disposed so as to face the first movable member are included whereby the shift lever is provided with a click feeling given by an attraction force acting between the first movable member and the permanent magnet section. The permanent magnet section is magnetized such that in a thickness direction, an N pole and an S pole are created by magnetization in a series arrangement, and such that in a width direction, an S pole is created by magnetization alongside the N pole and an N pole is created by magnetization alongside the S pole created by magnetization in the thickness direction.
SHIFT DEVICE
In a shift device, rotational movement of a lever in a left and right direction is restricted by control of a motor. Rotational movement of the lever in a front and rear direction is also restricted by control of the motor. Therefore, rotational movements of the lever in the left and right direction and in the front and rear direction can be restricted by control of the single motor. Thus, structure of the restricting mechanism can be simplified.
SHIFT DEVICE
In a shift device, a changing mechanism displaces a carrier to thereby change a rotation stratum in which the carrier is disposed and change rotation paths with which detent pins of the carrier are engaged. For this reason, to change the rotation paths with which the detent pins are engaged, the changing mechanism needs only to displace the carrier, and so the configuration of the changing mechanism can be simplified.
Device and method for adjusting a movement of an operating element for a vehicle automatic transmission and shifting device for shifting a vehicle automatic transmission
The disclosure provides a device for regulating a movement of an operating element for an automatic transmission of a vehicle. The device comprises a rotatable shaft and a bearing element for bearing the operating element. The bearing element can be moved together with the operating element relatively to the shaft with respect to a first axis of movement and between a rest position and a deflection position with respect to a second axis of movement. The device is characterized in that on the shaft are arranged a locking element for locking the movement of the bearing element from the rest position to the deflection position and/or a resetting element for resetting the bearing element from the deflection position to the rest position.
MANUAL TRANSMISSION
The manual transmission includes a shift select shaft, a connecting member, a lever member, a guide pin and a guide plate, wherein the connecting member, the lever member, the guide pin and the guide plate are arranged so that under a state that the guide pin and the guide plate are engaged at the engaging portion, assuming that the portion of the shift select shaft is a fulcrum, the connecting portion is a point of effort, the engaging portion is a point of load and that the fulcrum, the point of effort and the point of load exist on a same virtual plane, an operation direction of a reaction force generated at the point of load becomes a direction opposite to the operation direction of the operation force inputted to the point of effort.
Device for inhibiting selection of one or more operative positions of a selector of an automatically operated gearbox, for example a parking position
A selector for an automatically operated gearbox is provided and includes: a casing; a control member mounted within the casing in an oscillating manner around a first axis of rotation, the control member being movable through a plurality of operative positions associated to respective operating conditions of the gearbox; a prevention device of the selection of an undesired operative position of the selector, wherein the prevention device includes a rocker mounted within the casing in a rotatable manner around a second axis of rotation; the rocker being operable in rotation around the second axis of rotation by an actuator member between a resting position and a working position in which it is configured to inhibit the selection of the undesired operative position. The prevention device is configured for enabling, in certain conditions, selection of the undesired operative position even when it is currently inhibited.
ACTUATOR AND VEHICLE TRANSMISSION INCLUDING THE SAME
Provided are an actuator and a vehicle transmission including the same. The actuator includes a magnet gear unit which transmits a driving force and a driving unit which drives the magnet gear unit. The magnet gear unit includes a first magnet, a second magnet disposed outside the first magnet to face the first magnet, and a pawl member inserted in parallel between the first magnet and the second magnet. The driving unit includes a circular rotor on a central axis, and any one of the first magnet, the second magnet or the pawl member is mounted to the rotor; a third magnet mounted along a circumference of the rotor; and a stator including an annular core having a plurality of protrusions that face the third magnet and coils connected to the protrusions.
TRANSMISSION SHIFTER ASSEMBLY WITH AUTOMATIC POSITION RESET
At least some implementations of a transmission gear shifter include a first body rotatable among multiple positions, a second body rotatable among multiple positions, a retainer and first and second actuators. The retainer is movable relative to the second body between a first position in which the retainer prevents rotation of the second body, and a second position in which the retainer permits rotation of the second body. The first actuator is coupled to the retainer to move the retainer between the first and second positions. And the second actuator provides a force on the second body to rotate the second body when the retainer is in the second position.
