Gear unit for an electric powertrain
A gear unit for a powertrain of a motor vehicle includes a drive shaft, a driven shaft, first and second planetary gearsets and first and second shifting elements. The first shifting element drivingly connects the drive shaft to an input of the first planetary gearset, and the second shifting element drivingly connects the drive shaft to an input of the second planetary gearset. An output element of the second planetary gearset is connected to the input of the first planetary gearset to be fixed with respect to rotation relative to it, and an output of the first planetary gearset is at least indirectly drivingly connected to the driven shaft. A shared element is fixed with respect to relative rotation and, with an inner toothing, forms a ring gear of the first planetary gearset and, with an outer toothing, forms a sun gear of the second planetary gearset.
DRIVE TRANSMISSION DEVICE
A drive transmission device includes a clutch mechanism. The clutch mechanism includes a drive transmission member that is coupled to a first rotation member via a torque limiter and is arranged in a fitting part of a second rotation member and a third rotation member, and a transmission member moving part that includes a first gap and a second gap, the first gap being formed in the fitting part and having a width wider than the thickness of the drive transmission member and the second gap being formed in the fitting part and having a width that is equal to or smaller than the thickness of the drive transmission member, the transmission member moving part being formed in such a way that the width thereof becomes smaller about a rotation axis in the fitting part.
Vehicle drive apparatus
A vehicle drive apparatus includes: an engine; a rotary machine; an output member coupled to a drive wheel of a vehicle; a differential mechanism configured to couple the engine, the rotary machine, and the output member together to be differentially rotatable via a plurality of differentially rotatable rotational elements; and an elastic member configured to couple a rotation shaft of the rotary machine to the rotational element of the differential mechanism to be relatively rotatable.
Electric drive device for a motor vehicle
An electric drive device for a motor vehicle has a housing, a first planetary gearset arranged in the housing and which has a first sun gear as first elements, a first planetary support, and a first gear ring. A second planetary gearset is arranged in the housing and has a second sun gear that is coupled or can be coupled non-rotationally to the first gear ring as second elements and a second planetary support and a second gear ring. The device has an electric motor, which has a stator and a rotor, an input shaft that can be driven by the rotor and is permanently non-rotationally connected to the first sun gear, an output shaft, having a differential transmission, a lateral shaft and having a first switching element, which is provided to connect the first sun gear non-rotationally to the housing. The rotor, the first planetary gearset, the second planetary gearset, and the differential transmission are arranged coaxially to one another. The lateral shaft is arranged between the differential transmission and a wheel of the motor vehicle and penetrates the rotor.
Two-gear bridge driving system and vehicle
A two-gear bridge driving system. A speed changer of the two-gear bridge driving system includes a dual-planetary gear mechanism, the dual-planetary gear mechanism has only one sun gear, the sun gear is fixed with respect to a speed changer input gear, and the sun gear and one planetary gear in the dual gear are always in an engagement state. Compared with the two-gear bridge driving system in the prior art, the two-gear bridge driving system provided here is simpler in structure, lower in costs and lower in weight, and good NVH control is easily achieved. Also provided is a vehicle including the two-gear bridge driving system.
ELECTRIC AXLE ASSEMBLY
An electric axle assembly includes a drive housing and a drive assembly. The drive assembly is housed in the drive housing and engages with wheels of a vehicle for rotating the wheels to move the vehicle along a ground surface. The drive assembly includes a drive input, one or more gearsets, and axle shafts. The one or more gearsets transfer motive force from the drive input to the axle shafts.
Electric motor system
Methods and systems for an electric motor system are provided. In one example, a motor system is provided which comprises a first electric machine rotationally coupled to a second electric machine by a planetary gear set that has three components: a ring gear, a sun gear, and a carrier with a plurality of planet gears. In the system, the first electric machine varies in size from the second electric machine and one of the planetary assembly components is permanently grounded.
AXLE ASSEMBLY HAVING A GEAR REDUCTION MODULE WITH MULTIPLE GEAR SETS
An axle assembly having a gear reduction unit that is configured to operatively connect an electric motor to a drive pinion. The gear reduction unit includes at least two gear sets. At least one clutch is engageable to provide a torque path between the electric motor and the drive pinion.
Transmission
A transmission (G) is provided with four planetary gear sets (P1, P2, P3, P4), several shafts (W1-W8) and a first, second, third, fourth and fifth shift element (B1, B2, K1, K2, K3), the selective meshing of which brings about different transmission ratio relationships between a transmission input shaft (GW1) and a transmission output shaft (GW2). The second shift element (B2) and/or the fifth shift element (K3) is arranged, in a series at a sixth shift element (K4), in the power flow between the fifth shaft (W5) and a sun gear (So-P4) of the fourth planetary gear set (P4).
Planetary gear train of automatic transmission for vehicle
A planetary gear train of an automatic transmission for vehicles may include an input shaft receiving torque of an engine, an output shaft outputting changed torque of the engine, a first planetary gear set, a second planetary gear set, a third planetary gear set, a fourth planetary gear set, a first shaft, a second rotation shaft, a third rotation shaft, a fourth rotation shaft selectively connected to the input shaft, a fifth rotation shaft selectively connected to the input shaft or selectively connected to the transmission housing, a sixth rotation shaft directly connected to the output shaft to be continuously operated as an output element, a seventh rotation shaft selectively connected to the transmission housing, an eighth rotation shaft selectively connected to the third rotation shaft, a ninth rotation shaft directly connected to the input shaft to be continuously operated as an input element, and six friction elements.
