Turbine assembly with ring segments
The invention relates to a turbine assembly (1) comprising an annular structure extending circumferentially about an axial direction (DA) and comprising ring segments (10) arranged circumferentially end to end and comprising adjacent connection faces (13a), linked by linked by sealing tabs (21, 22) in the wall (11) and in the flange (12). The invention is characterised in that the grooves (31, 32) and tabs (21, 22) are curved, the tabs (21, 22) having a bending degree of freedom starting from their mounting position in the presence of an air pressure exerted from upstream to downstream between the adjacent connection faces (13a, 13b) of the at least two adjacent ring sectors (10) during operation of the turbine, the tab (22) having a second point (220) which is in contact with a point (213) of the tab (21).
Seal
A longitudinal translatable seal includes a first compartment extending in a longitudinal direction; a second compartment extending in the longitudinal direction forming a sealing surface with the first compartment; and a carriage translatable longitudinally with respect to the sealing surface, and a port in the carriage to fluidly connect a first side of the seal with a second side of the seal.
MOTOR BYPASS VALVE
A motor bypass valve diverts drilling fluid away from a downhole motor when the motor is off bit. Bypassing the downhole motor reduces the shock and vibration on the BHA caused by the downhole motor, thereby reducing the damage to the BHA. The motor bypass valve may divert fluid out of a housing or into a bore through the rotor of the downhole motor.
SEAL STRUCTURE
A seal member is disposed in a seal groove at a sliding gap between a shaft and a case. The seal member includes an outer periphery, a curved inner periphery, a mounting face, and an upper face. The mounting face is recessed toward the upper face. The upper face is recessed toward the mounting face. The relation of 0.755≤h/H≤0.769 is satisfied, where H [mm] denotes the longest length between the mounting face and the upper face and h [mm] denotes the shortest length between the mounting face and the upper face in the direction in which the center line of the seal member extends, in a cross section of the seal member taken along an imaginary plane in parallel with a direction orthogonal to a radial direction of the seal member and passing through the center line of the seal member,
Fluid Connection System with a Push-to-Connect Face Seal Configuration
An example fitting includes: a fitting body comprising an exterior annular groove formed and configured to receive a retaining snap ring to couple the fitting body to a fluid line connector; a seal carrier slidably accommodated in the fitting body and having: (i) a first end face, (ii) a second end face opposite the first end face, (iii) a first annular groove formed in an exterior peripheral surface of the seal carrier, wherein the first annular groove is configured to receive a radial seal therein, and (iv) a second annular groove formed in the second end face, wherein the second annular groove is configured to receive a face seal therein; and a spring having a first end fixedly disposed within the fitting body and a second end interfacing with the first end face of the seal carrier such that the spring applies a biasing force on the seal carrier.
Pump for liquid product comprising a sealing device and spraying installation comprising such a pump
A pump for a liquid product including a body inwardly delimiting a compression chamber, in which a piston is mounted sliding, as well as an external motor coupled to the piston for movement thereof by a piston rod passing through a wall secured to the pump body, through a passage opening equipped with a sealing device including a stack of seals kept gripped axially against the pump body, the sealing device including an axial compression member inserted between a crown, included in the sealing device, and the wall secured to the pump body.

Seal systems for use with aircraft
Seal systems for aircraft are disclosed. An example seal system includes a first seal to couple to a first thrust reverser portion, the first seal having a first cross-sectional shape. A second seal is to couple to a second thrust reverser portion opposite the first seal. The second seal having a second cross-sectional shape different than the first cross-sectional shape. The second seal is to receive at least a portion of the first seal in response to the first seal engaging the second seal.
SEAL, FLUID ASSEMBLY COMPRISING SAME, AND FLUID DEVICE
A seal, a fluid assembly comprising same, and a fluid device. The seal comprises a body portion; first through holes are formed in the seal; the seal further has first sealing portions corresponding to the first through holes; there are at least two first through holes; each first sealing portion comprises a first extension portion and a second extension portion; the first extension portion and the second extension portion are located on opposite sides of the body portion; the first extension portion and the second extension portion extend from the body portion toward the first through holes; the distance between the first extension portion and the second extension portion is greater than the height of the body portion; and the first extension portion is a closed raised structure, and the second extension portion is also a closed raised structure.
