Valve
A valve includes a housing, a solenoid arranged in the housing, a pin movable by the solenoid, a piston connected to the pin, and a seal arranged between the housing and the piston. The seal is an axially acting seal which, in the closed state of the valve, interacts with a sealing surface of the piston.

Safety faucet for hot water
A safety faucet includes: a discharge pipe which has a hot water discharge path formed therein; a packing which moves up and down inside the discharge pipe; an operation shaft which is fixed to the packing; an upper cap which covers an upper opening of the discharge pipe, and has an upper cap through-hole formed in a center thereof to expose an upper end of the operation shaft; a lever which is rotatably coupled to the upper end of the operation shaft, and has an auxiliary operation hinge hole formed in an upper end thereof; and a safety member from which an auxiliary operation hinge shaft inserted into the auxiliary operation hinge hole is protruded, and has a cap contacting part formed in a lower end thereof to meet with an upper surface of the upper cap to form a support point.

Safety faucet for hot water
A safety faucet has a safety button which is positioned in front of a lever and slidingly moves in the front/back direction, and when the safety button is pressed, a cap contacting part on the lower end of the safety button rotates while forming a support point with respect to the upper surface of an upper cap; and has a fixed pin, which passes through an insertion groove formed on the upper end of an operation shaft, fixed together with the body of the lever, thereby preventing the lever from shaking left and right.

ADAPTER FOR CONNECTING TUBING WITH PUSH-FIT FITTINGS
A valve and adapter for coupling a tubing to the valve. The adapter has first and second adapter end portion with connected fluid passageways. The second adapter end portion being insertable into the free-end portion of the tubing. A valve housing has a first chamber sized to receive the first adapter end portion and a second chamber has inward and outward fluid ports. When the first adapter end portion is positioned within the first chamber, an outer end portion of its fluid passageway is in fluid communication with the inward fluid port of the second chamber. A seal and gripper ring within the first chamber seal with and releasably grip the first adapter end portion. A valve element selectively control fluid flow between the first and second fluid passageways. The adapter may be used with a test cap and other fittings which include a seal and a gripper ring.
AUTO RANGE CONTROL FOR ACTIVE ILLUMINATION DEPTH CAMERA
A method and apparatus for auto range control are described. In one embodiment, the apparatus comprises a projector configured to project a sequence of light patterns on an object; a first camera configured to capture a sequence of images of the object illuminated with the projected light patterns; a controller coupled to the projector and first camera and operable to receive the sequence of images and perform range control by controlling power of the sequence of light patterns being projected on the object and exposure time of a camera based on information obtained from the sequence of images captured by the camera.

Thermal load based automatic valve arrangement and method
A thermal load based automatic valve arrangement including an actuator responsive to fluid temperature flowing through the arrangement, a closure member operably connected to the actuator, and a seat receptive to the closure member to prevent or restrict fluid flow through the arrangement in a first direction when actuated while still allowing fluid flow in a second direction. A method for controlling steam movement in a production string of a SAGD (Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage) installation including sensing with an actuator, temperature of fluid moving through a valve arrangement, automatically adjusting the valve arrangement pursuant to thermal load on the actuator.
