A gate valve including a valve body, a gate assembly, an operating end, a balancing end, and a valve bore assembly. The valve bore assembly includes two sets of components positioned on either side of the gate assembly to maintain the axial alignment of the gate assembly within the valve body during actuation between an open configuration and a closed configuration.

VALVE END REPLACEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD

A valve assembly includes an actuator adapted to drive movement of a valve member. The valve assembly also includes a bonnet coupled to the actuator, a valve body coupled to the bonnet, and a fluid end coupled to the valve body. The valve assembly further includes a quick connection system adapted to couple the fluid end to the valve body. The quick connection system includes a plurality of valve body lugs separated by a plurality of spaces, the plurality of valve body lugs extending radially outward from an axis. The quick connection system also includes a plurality of fluid end lugs configured to interact with the plurality of valve body lugs, the plurality of valve body lugs being arranged to axially align with the plurality of fluid end lugs to block axial movement of the fluid end with respect to the valve body.

SIDE ENTRY VALVE

A valve assembly includes a valve body having a flow bore extending along a valve body axis from a first end to a second end, wherein at least one of the first end or the second end includes an opening adapted to receive a fluid end, the opening having an opening diameter sized to enable at least one of a valve member, a valve stem, or a valve seat to be installed through the opening. The valve assembly also includes an actuator adapted to drive movement of a valve member between an open position and a closed position. The valve assembly further includes a bonnet coupled to the actuator, the bonnet being coupled to the valve body at a top location, the bonnet being coupled to the valve body while at least one of the valve member, the valve stem, or the valve seat is installed through the opening.

Provided is a gate valve with a disk replacement structure. The gate valve is installed on a pipe, and comprises: a valve body having a blocking space formed therein, a pair of flange pipes formed to communicate with the blocking space, and a cover mounted on an upper side thereof to close the blocking space; a disk arranged in the blocking space to be lifted and provided with a mounting hole which is formed on an upper surface thereof and has a lifting nut therein; and an operating rod installed on the cover to lift the disk. An insertion hole is formed on the cover to penetrate the cover.

Quick connect actuator

A quick connect coupling mechanism joins an actuator to a bonnet. The quick connect coupling mechanism may utilize machined or otherwise prepared components including one or more specific features, such as slots or grooves, to facilitate a connection between the actuator and the bonnet. For example, the actuator housing may be machined or formed to include an opening to enable radial insertion of the bonnet into a slot formed circumferentially about at least a portion of the actuator housing. The opening may be secured to block radial movement of the bonnet within the housing. A rail system may also be utilized to couple the actuator housing to the bonnet. For example, pairs of grooves may be formed in the actuator housing and bonnet to facilitate insertion of rails. The rails may block both axial movement of the actuator housing and also block rotational movement.

A Control Valve Compensation System for producing both a pre-compensated and a post-compensated load sensing hydraulic directional control valve module, wherein both configurations use the same components except for a sliding compensating component. The Control Valve Compensation System generally includes a hydraulic directional control valve housing which is adapted to be easily-interchangeable between a load sensing pre-compensated pressure configuration and a load sensing post-compensated pressure configuration by simply removing and replacing a different compensator assembly within the housing. The compensator assembly is adapted to direct oil flow through the housing while simultaneously providing compensation for the valve function. Directional valve assemblies may be provided, with the valve assemblies functioning to provide post-compensated functions, pre-compensated functions, and mixed pre- and post-compensated functions. These directional valve functions can be re-configured in the field by simply swapping the compensator assemblies to produce the desired functionality of the end-user at that particular time.

VALVE ASSEMBLY METHOD

A method for installing a valve for use in oil and gas production or similar applications includes inserting seats and biasing members into a cavity of the valve and causing the seats to moving axially apart from each other, such that the biasing members are compressed and the flow barrier of the valve may be installed between the seats.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR VALVE CONVERSION

A valve assembly includes a valve body, a valve bonnet, coupled to the valve body, an opening extending through the valve body and the valve bonnet, along a longitudinal axis, and a valve stem. The valve assembly also includes a valve member positioned at an end of the valve stem and arranged within the opening, the valve member being movable, along the longitudinal axis, between an open position and a closed position, an actuator housing coupled to the bonnet, and an adapter assembly coupled to the actuator housing. The adapter assembly includes an adapter element, the adapter element coupled to the valve stem and a force converter coupled to the adapter element, the force converter translating an external rotating force into an axial force.

Valve with removable seat

A valve has a housing defining an inlet and an outlet and a cavity therebetween which receives a valve seat. The valve seat defines a slot which receives a gate. The valve seat is sealingly engaged with the housing, the gate sealingly engages the valve seat and is movable within the slot between an open and a closed position using an actuator. An opening in the housing provides access to the cavity. The valve seat may be removed from the housing through the opening by attaching the valve seat to the gate, thereby attaching the valve seat to the actuator, and withdrawing the gate from the housing using the actuator.
