PERIMETER SEATED KNIFE GATE VALVE
Technologies are generally described for perimeter seated knife gate valve. Perimeter and transverse seals may be formed together as a single-piece or as two separate pieces. Wire-reinforced and with a rectangular cross section, the perimeter seal (portion) may fit into a corresponding groove in the single-piece body of the valve. Transverse seal (portion) may include two channels formed as side grooves or tubular channels to accept packing material, which energize the seal and are isolated from the fluid stream. In the two-piece version, a bottom groove of the transverse seal may be used to interlock both pieces. The shape and structure of the seal may allow single-piece valve body.
Gasketed spectacle plate assembly for industrial pipe systems
A spectacle plate assembly and method for its production includes adhesively bonding a ring-shaped flexible sealing gasket to cover all, or substantially all of a contoured gasket receiving surface that is formed on both sides of the circular plate, the upper surfaces of the contoured gasket receiving surface lying above the plane of the surface of the adjacent plate to provide a unitary structure in preparation for positioning the plate between the opposing faces of a pair of stationary flanges.

Device for shutting off a pipe
A device for shutting off a pipe, the pipe allowing fluidic circulation of at least one fluid, the shut-off device having an in-line shut-off means for shutting off the pipe in a sealed manner and, conversely, for opening the pipe, an upstream valve arranged upstream of the in-line shut-off means, and a downstream valve arranged downstream of the in-line shut-off means. The shut-off device has an interlocking system for interlocking a member for tightly closing the in-line shut-off means with, for the one part, an upstream control member of the upstream valve and, for the other part, a downstream control member of the downstream valve, the interlocking system being movable in translation in a direction OX between a first end position and a second end position, the interlocking system having at least three separate parts assembled together.
SEAL SUPPORT RING FOR A VALVE
A seal support ring (1) for a valve (2), particularly a vacuum valve, which has a throughflow opening (3) and a basic body (4), which annularly surrounds the throughflow opening, and a fastener arrangement (5) for fastening the seal support ring to a valve housing (6) of the valve. The basic body has a first side (7) on which the seal support ring, in a mounted state on the valve housing, lies against the valve housing, and the seal support ring has a seal ring (8) made from an elastomer which, in its position on the basic body, surrounds the throughflow opening. A casing wall (9) is arranged on the basic body and at least partially surrounds the throughflow opening and, on a second side (10) of the basic body (4) opposite the first side, protrudes from the basic body and has a larger inside diameter than the seal ring.
Flange management and services tool
A tool to manage flanges during installation and dismantling of flanges includes a first ring support structure and a second ring support structure spaced apart along a tool axis. First and second mechanical arms are retained on the first and second ring support structures. Each of the mechanical arms has an extendible arm joint that is operable to adjust an axial distance between the first and second ring support structures. A guide shaft is coupled to the first and second ring support structures. The guide shaft is positioned to guide a relative movement between the first and second ring support structures during operation of the extendible arm joints of the first and second mechanical arms.
Gate Valve
A gate for a gate valve includes a first disc-shaped side and a second disc-shaped side. The first disc-shaped side includes a first center guide and a first diameter, the first center guide being a convex ridge extending across the first diameter.
Floating yoke connection
A clamp assembly to secure a yoke to a valve body of a knife gate valve is provided. The clamp assembly can include a bolt that is configured to extend through a first bushing, a first spring member, a first side wall of the yoke, the valve body, a second side wall of the yoke, a second spring member, and a second bushing. The clamp assembly can be configured to pin the yoke to the valve body, apply a pressure-containing preload to the valve body via the first and second bushings, and compress the first spring member between the first bushing and the first side wall of the yoke and the second spring member between the second bushing and the second side wall of the yoke.
