SPECTACLE BLIND SWINGING DEVICES AND RELATED METHODS
A swinging device and related methods; the swinging device includes a first housing mountable to a first pipe on a first side of a pipe flange joint, a second housing mountable to a second pipe on a second side of a pipe flange joint, a shaft rotatably mounted to and extending between the first and second housings, and a spectacle blind mounted to the shaft such that rotating the shaft correspondingly rotates the spectacle blind between an open position, where the spectacle blind allows flow through the pipe flange joint, and a closed positon, where the spectacle blind prevents flow through the pipe flange joint.
Gate valve
A first opening and closing mechanism, which includes a first cam groove and a first cam roller and which causes a valve assembly to reciprocate between an intermediate position and a first closed position, and a second opening and closing mechanism, which includes a second cam groove and a second cam roller and which causes the valve assembly to reciprocate between the intermediate position and a second closed position, are provided so as to be operable separately, the first and second opening and closing mechanisms being disposed adjacent to each other in a thickness direction D of a gate valve.
Gate valve
A first opening and closing mechanism, which includes a first cam groove and a first cam roller and which causes a valve assembly to reciprocate between an intermediate position and a first closed position, and a second opening and closing mechanism, which includes a second cam groove and a second cam roller and which causes the valve assembly to reciprocate between the intermediate position and a second closed position, are provided so as to be operable separately, the first and second opening and closing mechanisms being disposed adjacent to each other in a thickness direction D of a gate valve.
Valve unit
By mounting a line blind valve (2) between a grease container (1) and a grease lubrication pump (3) replacement and mounting of the grease container can take place without leak of grease during the mounting as the outlet section must turn downwards during the mounting. By providing the installation with a line blind valve this can block grease leakage during the mounting and thereafter be opened. The valve (2) includes a flat central part (10) with an opening (11) which part can be displaced in relation to an upper positioned inlet section (4) and a lower positioned outlet section (8) and by displacement of the slide open and close for passage. In order to keep these parts (4, 8, 10) together a magnet (6,7) is embedded in each of the two parts (4, 8) by which a sealed connection is secured with no air infiltration and metal particles held back.
Valve unit
By mounting a line blind valve (2) between a grease container (1) and a grease lubrication pump (3) replacement and mounting of the grease container can take place without leak of grease during the mounting as the outlet section must turn downwards during the mounting. By providing the installation with a line blind valve this can block grease leakage during the mounting and thereafter be opened. The valve (2) includes a flat central part (10) with an opening (11) which part can be displaced in relation to an upper positioned inlet section (4) and a lower positioned outlet section (8) and by displacement of the slide open and close for passage. In order to keep these parts (4, 8, 10) together a magnet (6,7) is embedded in each of the two parts (4, 8) by which a sealed connection is secured with no air infiltration and metal particles held back.
Seal support ring for a valve
A seal support ring (1) for a valve (2), particularly a vacuum valve, which has a throughflow opening (3) and a basic body (4), which annularly surrounds the throughflow opening, and a fastener arrangement (5) for fastening the seal support ring to a valve housing (6) of the valve. The basic body has a first side (7) on which the seal support ring, in a mounted state on the valve housing, lies against the valve housing, and the seal support ring has a seal ring (8) made from an elastomer which, in its position on the basic body, surrounds the throughflow opening. A casing wall (9) is arranged on the basic body and at least partially surrounds the throughflow opening and, on a second side (10) of the basic body (4) opposite the first side, protrudes from the basic body and has a larger inside diameter than the seal ring.
Seal support ring for a valve
A seal support ring (1) for a valve (2), particularly a vacuum valve, which has a throughflow opening (3) and a basic body (4), which annularly surrounds the throughflow opening, and a fastener arrangement (5) for fastening the seal support ring to a valve housing (6) of the valve. The basic body has a first side (7) on which the seal support ring, in a mounted state on the valve housing, lies against the valve housing, and the seal support ring has a seal ring (8) made from an elastomer which, in its position on the basic body, surrounds the throughflow opening. A casing wall (9) is arranged on the basic body and at least partially surrounds the throughflow opening and, on a second side (10) of the basic body (4) opposite the first side, protrudes from the basic body and has a larger inside diameter than the seal ring.
Space-saving multi-valve and method of operating a multi-valve
A multi-valve for distributing at least one fluid, includes a plurality of input channels for supplying a respective fluid, a plurality of output channels for discharging the fluid, wherein a respective input channel can be connected via a plurality of input branches to a respective, substantially coaxially arranged output branch of the respective different output channels, and a switch plate which is arranged in a gap between the input branches and output branches and can be translationally moved transversely to the input branches and output branches in order to open and/or close a connection of the respective input branch to the respectively assigned output branch, wherein the switch plate is connected to an endless belt.
Space-saving multi-valve and method of operating a multi-valve
A multi-valve for distributing at least one fluid, includes a plurality of input channels for supplying a respective fluid, a plurality of output channels for discharging the fluid, wherein a respective input channel can be connected via a plurality of input branches to a respective, substantially coaxially arranged output branch of the respective different output channels, and a switch plate which is arranged in a gap between the input branches and output branches and can be translationally moved transversely to the input branches and output branches in order to open and/or close a connection of the respective input branch to the respectively assigned output branch, wherein the switch plate is connected to an endless belt.

A valve includes a valve body, a valve plate, and an actuation mechanism, wherein the valve body includes two plates parallel to each other and symmetrical and on which medium access holes are correspondingly opened; sealing rings a are symmetrically provided on inner surfaces of the two plates, and the medium access holes on the two plates are completely located within circumferentially closed holes of the sealing rings a; the valve plate has a smooth surface and is tightly sandwiched between the sealing rings a when the valve is closed; a fastening structure is installed on the two plates of the valve body and clamps the two plates and/or the sealing rings a around radial peripheries of the sealing rings a; and at least a part of the fastening structure can adjust its clamping degree in a direction perpendicular to a surface of the valve body.
